   My husband and I were looking forward to Mastros for his birthday, however the experience wasn’t at all what we expected. We ordered the oysters Rockefeller and the oysters inside had a weird texture and was not appetizing at all- the dish had too much spinach and not enough bacon or cheese- simply not executed properly. My husband is a steak guy and ordered the A5- probably the worst he has had. It tasted like an old steak. As it was his birthday, the waiter approached me (without my husband there) and mentioned I should order a dessert and he’ll bring the birthday special. He for sure made it sound like it was on the house only for me to be charged for a dessert I didn’t want and an extra $6 for a happy birthday writing. Mastros- I am not happy with today’s service or food and hope that you all do better for your returning customers.

Yennie was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and ensured that our experience was seamless from start to finish.    everything was great the table with the view that I requested and the food was delicious every last bite drink was good to and I had the best waitress she was so hands on with us great person.

    Jeni was amazing. Top-notch service. Mastro’s does every detail the right way. Very fun night and very happy girlfriend. Worth every penny.
