   Best waiter ever!!! Thank you! He took good care of my mom and she felt special. He boxed up my butter cake when I needed to eat it later and it was YUMMY!

   We went to Mastro’s for my daughter’s 16th bday. The waiter was friendly, but he was stretched too thin. Service was friendly but not too-quality. My daughters and I both ordered filet mignon medium. My steak came perfect and her steak was char grilled with zero pink. We sent it back and received a RAW seared steak in return. We decided we just didn’t want it. I shared my steak with her and she was full after having the French onion soup and scalloped potatoes, which were delicious. For a place claiming to be a higher end steak house, they ruined two perfectly good filet mignon. They need to teach the cooks how to properly cook a steak. Although the staff was pleasant and friendly, and the manager was very kind, the experience was ruined for us unfortunately.

   Mastro’s Steakhouse never fails to impress. The food is consistently flawless, the drinks are top-notch, and the elegant ambiance elevates the entire experience. I absolutely love this place!

   We go every year on or as near as possible for my birthday - all the way from Vermont. Our server was wonderful as ever. I certainly cannot say enough about the food. Filet, garlic mashed and those amazing mushrooms - everything done to perfection. BUT the huge surprise was the warm butter cake that they brought out for my birthday. The cake is for 2 or more, topped with what I think was homemade ice cream with a huge portion of beautifully whipped cream to top it all off. The case alone was unbelievable! Hard to describe but I will remember it forever! Yes, it's worth traveling from Vermont to Maestro's and we'll do it again!

   Always a great time at Mastro's. Timothy was our waiter again and he was exceptional as always! He truly elevates our dining experience, makes us feel so welcome and ensures we are taken care of. My brother and I came here to celebrate our birthday and the dining experience went by so smoothly. The waitstaff were also very attentive and kind and the chef did an amazing job as the food was cooked to perfection. My drink was delicious and left me wanting more. We love to come to Mastro's to celebrate birthdays, graduations or any special event and I'm so glad we decided to come again!!!

   Overall, the ambience of the restaurant was great. We sat near the performer who was very talented. However, for a high-end steakhouse, I found the food to be lacking in flavor. The steaks needed salt, the sear on the tuna was as if the pan wasn’t hot when they put It in. The cocktails were excellent as was the wine selection. Over all, i would return for drinks and ambience but would skip the mains.
