   It was absolute crickets in the restaurant at 6pm on a Sunday which concerned me. As a frequent traveler, I try not to visit restaurants that are deserted. However, the service was very friendly and attentive and the food was on the better side of fine, especially the spicy pepperoni pizza.

   It appeared that they were short staffed. Our food was lukewarm. It took several requests to obtain items, such as honey and tableware.

   Came here with my daughter for brunch. We enjoyed all of our food. This included cinnamon buns, pancakes, and the all American breakfast. We came early on a rainy cold day so the place was very empty at the time which was nice.

   We usually have a great time at MatchBox, we eat at this location at least 3 times per month. This was our worst experience. The service was slow. The bartender was assigned to our booth and he was too busy to have been assigned to us. The manager was training someone in the booth behind us and was oblivious , until we had to keep asking him for assistance. Even still there was no apology. I went to the bar and asked if I needed to repeat the order, as we are vegetarian and had 5 in our party. Ten (10) minutes later, the bartender was coming back to us to ask for the order, this time with the handheld machine. Our food was inaccurate and took more than 30 minutes. We also made reservations, and even though I said it, the host did not check and sat us at a booth that was dangerous for children to sit (no siding) without booster seats. We had to ask for another table, booster seats, etc. Truly worst experience since we started eating here in 2015.

   My partner & I arrived about 25 minutes early for my reservation. There was no one in the bar area or at the host stand. A male employee eventually appeared. I told him I was there earlier than my reservation & gave him my name. He told us to stand to the side. Other patrons appeared behind us. Another male employee questioned us & I told him I had a reservation & had already been seen by another employee. The 1st male employee appeared with menus & seated us. He was very attentive and took our drink & food orders. We each ordered the Matchbox Mimosas- very tasty. I ordered the salmon & grits- the server suggested I get the salmon blackened. I told him that's fine unless it makes the dish salty. The meal was tasty but a little salty. My partner got the salad & calamari. He really enjoyed it. We both got coffee. Mine was decaf. We were there over 3 hours. Except for trying to check in at Matchbox the experience was good.

   Made a reservation and staff rushed us out claiming they were closing early and agreed to keep the kitchen open to serve us at 6:30 PM. It was NYE, but felt as if they should not let us make a reservation at that time if it was such an issue.

   Gutes Essen und toller Service. Wie in vielen Restaurants aber auch hier das Problem, dass von aussen kalt reinkommt, wenn die Türe aufgeht und die temperatur daher nicht so angenehm ist. Die Preise sind zudem für eine „Pizzerie“ ziemlich hoch.

   Food portions are generous and flavor full, pizza is outstanding. We've had the skillet bread in the past which was very filling with a rich marinara sauce. The Cream of Crab soup is ok, but not great with more broth than crab. I don't like Sherry, and usually it's put on top of the soup, but here it's cooked into the base which I wish I'd known before ordering. The blueberry cheesecake was rich and creamy with a generous dollop of whipped cream, definitely more than enough to share.
