Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Despite this big change, our principles initially founded remain the same: to offer food that distinguishes the best of local products.

The mussels were extremly good the pasta langosta very good also could have been better hotter and less sauce the tarte Tatin was excellent but the croûte was too hard you need a knife to cut it. The service very friendly and attentive. I am probably old fashioned but I was surprised to see in a restaurant of this caliber waiters and hostess with tattoos

Excelente comida; todo lo que pedimos estuvo buenísimo. El único detalle negativo fue que le pedimos al mesero que nos ayudara a servir lo que pedimos al centro y nos dijo que no, que ellos no pueden servir los alimentos… que no es eso parte de su trabajo??

Great experience and service. The culinary techniques were executed perfectly!!! The tuna sashimi was the best we have ever had!! Super recommended this place is down to earth and they really make sure that what you pay is worth every penny.

The food is excellent and the experience is outstanding. However, I think is overpriced, we paid 250 dollars per person.

Overall good experience - ambiance was nice but music was way too loud. Service was overall good. Our waiter was overall helpful but the waiting staff took away our plates a few times while we were still eating. Not sure if I’d recommend this restaurant

La comida excelente y el servicio muy bueno también. Muy bien explicados los platillos y muy distintos a lo que habíamos comido anteriormente. El aguachile de callo de hacha estuvo espectacular.... el filete a la pimienta muy recomendable
