   Restaurant has slipped considerably over the years. Service is poor, ambiance is very poor (dance music played loudly), food is just passable. They ran out of numerous fish dishes early in the evening. The mixed greens had wilted lettuce. The flavor was definitely lacking and it looked like they just threw a few candied pecan pieces and some blue cheese on it. The restaurant wasn’t filled, yet service was slow and poor. Two people in our party had a hamburger because of the limited menu and they ran out of numerous fish dishes. The food was only lukewarm. The broccolini was tough and the waiter explained it’s always like that. One plate had broccolini that was yellowing and old. One person ordered swordfish casino and was told 20 minutes after ordering, it was sold out. No one ever returned to ask about his meal. Unfortunately this restaurant has gone the way of many Landry restaurants, bland, mediocre food at higher prices with poor service.

   Waiter was nice but service was incredibly slow and food was not to your normal standards.

   Took long time to get seated - 2 pm reservation and seated at2:30 pm. Soup was cold and entree (filet mignon was lukewarm). Apple pie was cold in the middle. Noise was high - crying baby.

   The restaurant was very busy and it was Christmas, so I can understand the service being a little slow. I do expect my order to be correct though. My steak came out medium rare instead of medium. I could live with it, it still tasted good. We both got the wrong dessert , it after the long delay, decided to just eat them. We ask for coffee with dessert, but it didn’t show up till after the ice cream had melted on the dessert and we had finished eating it. I just expected a little more for a fine dining establishment. Lunch for 2 with dessert, $120 with tip.

   Very good experience and it was worthy. Not that noisy specially for a Christmas lunch. Very good experience !

   Chad was our server and he was excellent. Made a new wine recommendation which we enjoyed. The food was fabulous. Thanks for offering a Christmas Day option for those with no other plans for the day

   Service was terrible! Food and Drinks was not the quality expected. Landry’s Salt Grass would have been better for 1/2 the price.

   I went last night with my family and the lady on front desk was not nice at all. Second server took for ever to show to the table and ask for drinks. When he finally got our drink order the beverages took long time to hit the table. On appetizers took some time as well and the sever was not very attentive with us. My table was full of plates at all times and he never refill my daughter’s drinks or ask if they wanted more. My wife got the roasted chicken, was dry and no flavor. I got the salmon, was good but the mash was cold and no flavor. When we were done with dinner the server took a long time to show up again to our table, the weird thing is that he had another table and I can say he was very attentive with the other couple. I don’t want to believe that he gave better service to the other table because they were white and we are Latinos. I believe he thought the other table will give him better tip than us. I can say it was a significant difference on service between both tables. I work in this industry and I can tell this is exactly what happened. The only good thing was the dessert, my daughters love it. I will not recommend this location guys , Houston town and country. Very bad experience and very bad service from Michel.
