    Haven't been to M&S in several years but we're so glad we chose it to celebrate our son's birthday Excellent food and GREAT service. Our waitress was awesome. Lovely decor. We'll be back

    Once again a fine dining experience at M&S. Janice and I hosted some family members while in town for the SEC Championship game. This is always a “must do” stop for us when downtown. Our server was Blessing, and she certainly lived up to her name. She was attentive and made sure everything was just right for us. Thanks again to Blessing for her excellent care of our table. We began with a selection of oysters and carpaccio to share. Entrees ranged from tender filet and seared scallops to a tasty mixed seafood cioppino. Each well prepared and presented. We finished with assorted coffees. We were never rushed and had time for a very nice visit with an excellent meal. Thanks again for a job well done.

    The restaurant was not busy. There may have been 5 occupied tables in the dining room when we started. It took so long for someone to bring us water, that the manager effectively took over. The entree delivery was extremely slow and it felt like the waiter may be on his first week. In the end, the food was excellent! The chocolate bag dessert was great. The manager compensated us for the issues without us asking, which was the right thing to do. We will definitely be back, and look forward to improved service. Did I mention the food was on point ☺️

    Very poor-quality food......It was visibly EXTREMELY overcooked and dry. Even though I noted to the waiter that it was not very good he did not offer to replace. I had to ask for additional gravy just to make the meat edible as it was so overheated. My guest requested a different vegetable then the one noted with his meal, it was a vegetable already on the menu, instead of just switching it, they agreed, but charged extra for it. Had we known, we would have ordered it as an additional side, and I could have had his original since my green beans were so overcooked they had withered to nothing and incredibly they still served them. The portions were small and not worth the prices. The only reason we even stayed and suffered with the poor food was being a holiday, not much else was open or available. This location, of what should be a high-end restaurant is likely still in business only due to the fact they are located in Centennial Olympic Park, next to the World of Coke, CNN, and the Georgia Aquarium so they have continuous business due to it being a highly visited tourist area. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere, anywhere else.
