   Oak Brook, IL had better side dish options before they closed down so was forced to come here or Downtown Chicago. Drinks were AMAZING could tell the bartenders knew exactly what they were doing. My wife’s dinner plate which was a Rib-eye came out cold and the broccoli it was served with was frigid as the snow outside… needless to say it was a complete turn-off for the rest of the evening. On Valentines Day …at that lol. Our server was A-1 though and was definitely not his fault

   our waiter Louis was excellent and the food was good, but you should have a couple mor options for potatoes etc.

   We were kept waiting to be seated. Took forever to be waited on by waiter. Waiter had no training and the evening went on like that. No explanation of menu. No bread served to table. Food thrown at us. Some meals barely cooked and had to be sent back. During dinner, we realized waiter was really the busboy. Even though we ate off restaurant week menu, would never go back

   My daughter and I visited McCormick and Schmit‘s in Rosemont and were disappointed with our experience. The bartender was rude. The woman who checked us in was rude. The wine didn’t come until midway through my meal and then was not very good. When the bill came, they did not take off the wine so they had to ring my check again. My steak was good but overall disappointed with the experience.

   Average experience. Our table was in a tight area with servers and people walking by & jostling me, so was not comfortable. Our server was very rushed and hard to get more water etc. We noticed she picked up plates from a nearby table and spilled a stream of liquid along the whole dining room.

    They were slammed and we were asked to wait at the bar for our reservation. We sat at the dirty bar for 15 minutes before someone finally took our drink order. There was a lot of discussion about which of the three bar tenders were going to clean up the used dishes and glasses in front of us. We finally got our drinks when I had to raise my voice and ask can I please get drinks and an appetizer. One bartender finally got our drinks put them down on the dirty bar and then took the old dishes away without cleaning the area. We finally got sat down and our appetizer of calamari came out cold. I’m assuming it sat at the bar for ten minutes before it was brought to our table. Our waitress was wonderful. We ended up just getting soup and salad rather than a full meal as we had a show to get to. We let her know we were on a time crunch and she got us our food quickly. I enjoyed the clam chowder and the wedge salad was okay. There was not enough bartenders/bar back to serve the busy dinner crowd. The bartender was so stressed and almost in tears. This is on the management!!!
