   The food is always fantastic and very consistent. Service was a little slow today but still acceptable. Always a great place to enjoy a glass of wine with food.

   We are members here and love it. We always have great service. However, today our food sever was not good. Told us a story about why we couldn’t have a particular table in a pretty much open restaurant. We were eating between the lunch and dinner crowd so we found it hard to believe, and sure enough the table never got sat in the two hours we were there. as always our food was great, and our wine server Leilani was excellent!!!

   Amazing brunch Experience! exceeded all expectations. The food was flavorful and beautifully presented, the service was impeccable, and the ambiance was perfect.

   It would have been 5 stars, but the check in process for members is always onerous. You have to stand in the parking lot and wait while the check in person answers questions from people in front of you and re-directs them to the non-member line. We had a reservation, but we still we had to go and check in again with the restaurant hostess. The double check in seems unnecessary. Otherwise, it was a nice afternoon.

   Everything was great except for the hostess who limited our seating to 2 shady right tables by the door. Our waiter let us move into the sun to get warm. The whole time there, I noticed many more desirable tables locations outside stay vacant throughout our dining experience. The hostess (bouncer) made me feel like a second class citizen unnecessarily.

   We LOVE this restaurant…the ambience, the food the wine are tops! The scenery is lovely. However, today while celebrating the holiday with girlfriends…our waiter never smiled, was not friendly and didn’t make our experience joyful. Frankly, I was a bit embarrassed suggesting this restaurant for our gathering.

   We’ve frequented Grape Creek Vinyard’s Member Patio and Stout’s Signature at the Vineyard a few times before, however this time was different. We were greeted by a courteous hostess, and seated with our own choice of view of the vineyard. No problem at all! Our Ambassador for Grape Creek was courteous, yet she seemed a bit overwhelmed with the amount of members visiting. (It was a Wednesday afternoon) A few moments later were we greeted by our server for Stout’s. He took our order and was professional enough to admit he forgot my silverware (Stout’s had switched to pre-packaged plastic utensils which in my opinion, takes away from the experience of being a member). No worries though, he got it to me quickly. We ordered a cheese board, which sadly, had the worst quality of fruit I’ve ever had at Stout’s. (And I’m being nice to not describe the poor quality.) This review is of no reflection toward Grape Creek as we’ve been members for almost 5 years now, but this quality of appetizer was beyond unacceptable. They were kind enough to remove it from our bill, but we were charged for what we did consume, which I think was mostly fair considering the current market for certain products nowadays. Once we spoke to the MOD, she apologized right away as professionally as possible, but that was the end of the conversation. I hope that the staff of Stout’s realizes that this is a big quality issue, and that this gets addressed in the absolute near future. Despite the poor quality, we will still be returning as my wife and I have had phenomenal past experiences before, and this may have been just a slip on their part, but my faith could be proved wrong.
