Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

    Join us for Valentine's Day dinner at Merriman's Maui! We are offering a 3 course prix fixe menu at $150 per person. All of our tables offer stunning ocean views. Tables will be seated from front to back, so we recommend booking our 4pm seating if your table location is very important to you. Location requests cannot be guaranteed. We will hold a table for you for 15 minutes past the reservation time. We ask that you limit your experience with us to 2 hours as a courtesy to the people waiting to be seated. If your plans should change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will incur a $150 no show fee.

      Merriman’s never disappoints. Every item of food was cooked and presented to perfection. Tim, our server, was so kind and friendly. He was so helpful with choosing a delicious wine from the very large offerings. It was a perfect last night out for our full family together.

      Merriman’s is an island staple. With the Lilikoi drinks and phenomenal food, to the extensive dessert wine options, we had yet another wonderful meal! Can’t wait to go back!

      We come here every time we visit Maui which is at least twice a year. This is one of our favorite places. We’ve always enjoyed everything there is to experience here. Drinks, Appetizer’s, entrees and lots of desserts!! Last night was our first night we weren’t entirely impressed with our entrees. The fish (can’t remember the name) but for the Mac nut, wasn’t very good. Too salty and fishy. That is the dish I get every time we come! I hope they change that fish. And go back to the original noodles they had for the mushroom pasta appetizer… the new noodles are FILLING! We will always come back. Things can’t always be perfect, we know that! Miguel was our server and he was a delight!

      We just had the best experience! Our server was amazing and made our experience even better if you are on the fence about whether to go to Merriman’s Maui, don’t hesitate you will have a fabulous experience!

      Our server Leah was amazing. It was our daughter’s 16th birthday and they were so sweet and attentive to that from the start. Leah made fantastic recommendations for both food and drink. We loved the whole experience and will definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

      Everything about Merriman's is 10/10! The fish, the steak, the salads, the bread...all were delicious. We loved our server too. We will be back!
