Mesa Grill Sedona is a southwest style grill serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily as well as Brunch on the weekends. Our menu features numerous classics such as Eggs Benedict & Huevos Ranchers for breakfast, Carolina Pulled Pork Barbecue, Shrimp & Grits and Salmon Asada are some lunch-time favorites as well as Fish & Chips, St. Louis style Pork Ribs, hand-cut Steak & fresh Seafood for dinner. We feature vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices and offer a Doggie Menu for our furry friends which are welcome on our enclosed patio. We have a full bar and feature some amazing signature cocktails, local beers on tap and a fabulous selection of wines from around the world, all surrounded by the beautiful red rock of Sedona. There is an outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy the breathtaking views and a cocktail or do some amazing star gazing after dinner. Reservation Encouraged for all meal periods.

We were there early evening and had pulled pork tacos, wedge salad and sidewinder fries. All very good! The view was not exactly what we expected, but still nice. Service was excellent!

Our waiter, Carlos, was on point out whole dining experience. The food was amazing. We had the calamari, ceiveche, crab stack for appetizer; fish and chips for main. It was my birthday and he brought out the chocolate creme burle with a candle. I thought the burley would be warm however it was the cold version which I was not of fan of texture. Overall excellent senu casual dinner. Thanks for a wonderful time. We will be back.

Had non-tipical experience with the ribs they were very tuff and had to leave them. Management appoligised and refunded the cost showing they care about their customers. This is unusual I've had good meals here and service is great.

Loved this place. Ate there 6 out of 7nites. Great good and compared to Sedona restaurant prices, it was relatively better value. Wine was a little pricey, but again cheaper than other locations in town.

Great waiter in Roland. Very attentive. Many planes flying in and out which was great entertainment. We took friends there this evening who were impressed with the food and how friendly everyone was.

The hostess, Celeste (?) was fabulous. She got us a beautiful corner table so we could watch the sunset and the planes coming in and going out Our server, Josh, made a couple of great recommendations helping to make our Anniversary all the more special. Love this place. We will be back.
