Mesa Grill Sedona is a southwest style grill serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily as well as Brunch on the weekends. Our menu features numerous classics such as Eggs Benedict & Huevos Ranchers for breakfast, Carolina Pulled Pork Barbecue, Shrimp & Grits and Salmon Asada are some lunch-time favorites as well as Fish & Chips, St. Louis style Pork Ribs, hand-cut Steak & fresh Seafood for dinner. We feature vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices and offer a Doggie Menu for our furry friends which are welcome on our enclosed patio. We have a full bar and feature some amazing signature cocktails, local beers on tap and a fabulous selection of wines from around the world, all surrounded by the beautiful red rock of Sedona. There is an outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy the breathtaking views and a cocktail or do some amazing star gazing after dinner. Reservation Encouraged for all meal periods.

I had the chicken sandwich. The food was overly spiced which took away from the actual flavor of the meal. The chocolate cake was very good. Overall the bill with tip was $80 for two chicken sandwiches and one piece of cake. No alcohol was ordered. The ambience is good, views are great but the restaurant was physically cold which made it hard to enjoy the experience.

Food great, extremely busy with slower service than usual. Extremely loud, could not hear me friend talking to me across the small table. Guess we picked a busy night full of tourists. Guacamole Table-side was terrific as usual and the steak melt in your mouth delicious! Josh the waiter was helpful and pleasant.

The service was outstanding! Food was well prepared and flavorful. The biscuit was omitted from my son’s entree and wasn’t noticed until we called the waitstaff over to the table but was promptly And politely provided at that point. Overall, we had a great experience!

Visited again for our yearly end of year vacation. This will be the fifth year we have made sure to have dinner at Mesa Grill. It was delicious. We had the calamari to start, then for main dishes, I had the fillet mignon cooked medium. It was cooked to perfection. The other main dish was the blackened salmon. Again, it is cooked to perfection. The service was top-notch with great views. We definitely will be back every time we are in town.
