Every corner of the dining room reveals treasures from Johnny’s travels, paired with captivating art like intricate Mexican embroidery that sparks conversation. At the heart of the space is a captivating mural on traditional bark paper by local Latinx artist Maria Morante, a powerful homage to Mexican folk art.

    Our first time to Mezcaleria Alma and it won't be the last. We waited 2 months for a reservation and it was well worth the wait. The food and drinks were meticulously prepared with vibrant flavors. We had the Burrata, Ceviche, and Oxtail. Highly recommend each one. Burrata was the best I've eaten anywhere!!! Don't miss trying the Beet Spritz.

    Fantastic experience here. One of my favorite meals. Food was excellent and the vibe was fun and lively. Sitting at the counter and interacting was 10/10

    One of the top meals in Denver. The sea urchin aguachile was one of the best bites I’ve had in a while.

    What a perfect spot for a date night! The food was incredible. The service was perfect. The drinks were delicious. We could not have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back.

    Having been to Alma Fonda Fina and felt that this was the best meal I'd had in Denver, I was truly excited to dine at Mezcaleria Alma. It exceeded my expectations - the services was exactly as it was at Alma Fonda Fina - warm, attentive, and on par with other Michelin Star experiences. The drinks were exceptional, and the food was sublime. I can't wait to come back and experience this again - it was truly delightful and felt so special! I highly recommend!!

    Wasn’t the same as the first time . The burrita tortilla was doughy , the Toro tostada was not good , the pork with the roja mole was soggy ,the highlight was the taco. The wine and mezcal were the other positives .
