From the inspiration of Oaxacan cuisine and the drink of the gods: El Mezcal, Santo Gusano Mezcalería was born; a place that exalts the exquisite gastronomy of the state of Oaxaca in a contemporary way. We offer exquisite Oaxacan-inspired cuisine, from the hand of the renowned chef originally from Pinotepa Nacional, Oaxaca: José Manuel Baños. With more than 600 mezcal labels selected by expert Laura Noguera, we are the mezcalería with the greatest variety in the world. Our bar offers cocktails with infusions and natural juices, without refined sugars. Enjoy our cozy terrace and an atmosphere that celebrates the cultural richness of Oaxaca.

El lugar es muy agradable, no tenían nuestra mesa lista a la hora de la reserva, aunque el restaurante estaba casi vacío, la comida promedio, muy caro para lo que ofrecen

Todo excelente solo al pedir una tlayuda nos sirvieron cilantro y lo habíamos pedido sin y al entrar también avisamos que era alérgico y aun así lo trajeron, después lo corrigieron, de todo muy rico

La comida estuvo deliciosa, los meseros son super amables, atentos y te dan recomendaciones buenísimas, al igual que el mixologo! Gracias por el excelente servicio y tener los sabores más ricos. El lugar es muy cómodo y pasamos un grandioso momento.
