   Fantastic atmosphere & service. Food was delicious. Will absolutely be back. We went early so we didn't have any wait time, but it filled up fast. Ran into some friends and it was their 4th time there in the last month. We had 2 apps, salad, cocktail, 2 meals and shared a dessert. $200 with tax & tip.

   We were disappointed to wait 45 minutes for our table, even with a reservation. While the complimentary Prosecco was a nice gesture, it didn’t fully make up for the delay. Our waitress was very friendly and engaging, which we appreciated, but she forgot to ask about food allergies—a significant oversight since my partner has a severe almond allergy. Unfortunately, the octopus dish was served with romesco sauce, which contains almonds, creating a serious concern for us. The food overall was good, but not exceptional. Given the combination of service missteps and the wait time, we’re hopeful these issues will improve with time. We’ll likely give the restaurant another chance in a few months to see if the staff and operations have gotten better.

   Excellent dinner at Mezzaluna. The service and food both exceeded our expectations, everything we ate was 10/10. If you can, I’d recommend booking the chefs counter. It’s so interesting watching them cook and you can ask them questions (although I wouldn’t annoy them too much!). We’ll be back many times for sure.

   Our server Bebe was great. House made pasta was on point. Cocktails a good value too. 10 out of 10 would recommend! We’ll be back!

   Second visit in the matter of a week and it was such an outstanding experience! The staff does a wonderful job attending to our table and I'm not sure I've come across a friendlier, engaged collection of people at a restaurant anywhere else in Northwest Arkansas. Our group tried new entree items from the prior visit and each of us came away impressed. Well done, Mezzaluna! We'll be back soon!

   Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The food is phenomenal and service was excellent. Highly recommend, especially sitting at the chefs counter.

   The service was impeccable (which is hard in this town) even though it’s a relatively young restaurant. Could just live on the small plates side of the menu (gnocchi and lamb meatballs), but don’t sleep on the pasta. Would have loved some meat and fish options in the secondi space, but everything was really memorable and our server Viva made everything smooth and enjoyable

   Dishes were great! Everything came out well paced, quick but not rushed. Wait staff was very friendly but no one offered to refill water glass, which ran dry, nor if I wanted another drink after I had finished my cocktail, which was gone when the main courses rolled out. Still, we will probably be back.

   Overall it was fantastic! Food and service were wonderful, but both men in our party felt the portions were too small, especially for the price.

    Great food, Service is lacking. Walked in for a scoop of delicious homemade gelato to go… paid & waited… owner hastily demanded payment, 80 year old aunt said we paid, owner rudely said we had not & demandwd payment, to which I pulled paid receipt from aunt’s hand… owner says, “oh!” and walked away. No my apologizes, no thank you for coming… great menu, real itilian, less than stellar customer service.

    Hi Gena, Unfortunately for you, there were 4 employees who heard the entire conversation - and that is not what happened. I explained there was a signature written on the receipt and it had not been rung yet, as I was told from one of our employees that you all needed to pay. When you showed us the you had taken both CC reciepts I said my apologies 3x, possibly you didnt hear the appologies. We value each and every one of our guests, more than you will ever know., that night 170 guests. So sorry you didnt get a genuine smile. You may be a bit sensitive, sounds like where not the restaurant for you. Hopefully you will find a different italian restaurant with an owner that smiles more.
