   Only issue was front door cold air everyone it opened, not sure if there is a solution. Great team, great service.

   The food is over priced compared to its quality. We both ordered the SURF N TURF (we upgraded to filet and ribeye), the steak were overcooked (we ordered medium rare but the actual steak was between medium well and well) and the portion of seafood are small. The service is poor/fair, considering how busy the restaurant was. My water cup was empty but had never been refilled. We had to ask for steak knifes and dessert spoons after a long wait to find a server (which they don’t provide unless asked). In short, won’t come again and won’t recommend to anyone who wants to order steak.

   Excellent food and awesome staff very impressed with cleanliness of bathrooms because some restaurants don't do a very good keep up of bathroom cleanliness so I impressed with that

   We waited over an hour for our dinner. Yes it was Valentines day but this was not a surprise...it's the same day every year. Schedule staff accordingly. This unacceptable delay meant the rest of our evening was put off and ultimately did not happen.

   Told we only had 1 and a half hour to eat and go as they were busy for valentine’s evening ….Which was fine as we were trying to get to a game, dinner took 1 hour and 15 mins to be served which we choked down and took desert in to go bags … sadly very dissatisfied

   we didn’t end up staying..the restaurant was extremely dark and dated. Never feel good about not seeing the food on my plate…had a very good dining experience in Richmond hill Yonge street and thought would try closer to home. Not at all same feel. Sorry we left, waited to tell staff but no one was around the desk and it was not at all busy. It is dark in the restaurant to keep from seeing surroundings. Sitting next to window dreadful with a lot of dirt on window. Just not appealing. The food may be good, but didn’t want to stay and find out.

   Our server was amazing and the ambiance was nice. My Wedge salad was only ok. Bacon bits instead of real pieces of bacon, stale croutons and very few pieces of blue cheese. The dressing was alright

    We went for brunch and were pleasantly surprised. The entrees were delicious and inexpensive (by brunch standards). Service was attentive. Too bad for the restaurant it wasn't busy.
