   Server was pleasant. Food came quickly. Steak was burnt and had odd texture. Caesar salad was good - would have been even better if it had more than one tiny piece of bacon on it.

   The kid’s meal consisted mostly of rice with a very small portion of a burnt salmon. We waited forever for the waitress to check in so we could order something else for our child, but she never came back to ask how the food was. Since we couldn’t get her attention, we ended up sharing our meals with our little one. At the end, the waitress mentioned that they had sold out of chocolate ice cream but didn’t bring the menu back for us to choose another dessert. She also failed to mention that there would be an extra charge for a cookie when she listed the available dessert options. It was valentines night so the restaurant was busy however Overall, the service was extremely slow.

   Arrived on time for our Valentines Day reservation. They made us wait 15 mins to be seated. They had signs posted saying 1.5 hr seating time limit. It took a prompt at the 1 hour mark to get the food to come out at 1.25 hr point. We had to rush to make our show across the street which started 1.75 hrs after dinner. Part of the set menu was unavailable. They seemed short staffed and ill prepared for the fully booked restaurant.

   It was Valentine’s Day and we were given a small table between others, and while that’s okay due to the restaurant being fully booked our table was uneven and rocky causing the table to move around. Also at the beginning we were randomly given a dish to share with no words spoken with only them noticing 15 min later it wasn’t ours. Then we continued to see waiters not knowing where to give there food asking if it was there’s or not. Service was extremely disorganized. Food was underwhelming steak was cooked and well over well done even when asked for medium and rice for the katsu wasn’t cooked properly and was hard. How do you mess this up? Service was slow, waited 30 min for dessert

   The food was great, really improved their quality. Fish tacos were very tasty, the sweet and sour crispy chicken bowl was great( forgot the name of it) steak was good for a non steakhouse. Waitress made great suggestions based on her favourites.

   Great for big groups and child-friendly. Comfortable seating and good service. Food was not as great as we visited couple of years ago, but maybe just we becoming more picky. It's still a good place to hang out with friends or a casual date.
