   Never disappointed with the food. Service was lacking this last time. The other waiters that were outside with us were responsive and attentive. Our waiter must have had an issue or something because we didn’t see him for like 30 min. and had to ask other waiters for refill.

   We found Mio Nonno because we were going to a Mavs game 18 months ago. We will always go there when going to an event at Airlines Center. However, we plan to come to dine when nothing going on. The ambiance is great and service is perfect. Last night I had a chicken pasta dish that our server suggested. It was The Best of that combination that I have ever eaten. It is a great place, casual but sophisticated !

   While our meal was excellent, I had an experience that greatly impacted my star rating. I would have given a one star, but I gave two since the food was so good. I ordered a dirty martini, and since we were sitting by the bar at a tall table, my husband could see my cocktail being place on the mat when it was ready. BUT, a waitress picked up my martini and proceeded to pick at the lip of the glass, as if trying to get something out - even getting her finger IN my cocktail - then put the glass down again. Our waiter picked it up and brought it to our table!!!!! I’m disgusted at this point. I told him I wanted a cocktail that hadn’t had someone’s finger in it. He sheepishly turned around - I saw the cocktail get dumped out but I couldn’t tell if a new glass was used - from what I could tell, I’m guessing not. Also, I indicated on Open Table that we were celebrating a special occasion - no one ever asked about our special occasion, and we were seated right behind the bar at a high top. Not the place I’d choose for a special celebration. Shame on you, Mio Nonno! Who is training your people?!

   We went to Mio Nonno in Victory Park before going to a MAvericks game. The pizza we ordered was not very good. They have other items on the menu that we have enjoyed in the past so we will probably go there again but will not order the Formaggi e Funghi pizza again. Service was not great. I didn't receive the drink I ordered until I was almost finished with my meal.

   Service was not great. Had to flag down the waiter anytime we needed anything. Food is great as usual.

   Food was good, but service was slow. Seemed unorganized and overwhelmed even when only 1/2 full. Ran out of tea, so could not refill our teas during the meal. The Focaccia bread was a great appetizer and came out fast. Rest of meal was good but slow in delivery. No paper menus only QR Code on phone. Great location for meal before an event at the American Airlines Center, but go early to have enough time to finish before your event.

    Food is always delicious and great atmosphere as well. Valet parking is a huge plus. The Valet attendant is always very friendly and helpful. Our pre-game go to restaurant.
