   We love Mitchell’s but this Valentine’s Day dinner left a bit on the table. Our server was great but the drinks and some food were not what we expect from Cameron Mitchell. I ordered a drink that I have ordered before and what I was served was not correct and part of it was spilled and had to be “refilled” and the presentation was not there (I’ve realized now because he brought the wrong drink) My husband ordered the “torched old fashioned” that said it was torched table side and I guess technically it was but it was done on the window sill away from us so again no presentation. At $20-$24 for these specialty cocktails, this was a huge miss. I also ordered the “table side” baked potato and they literally just brought me a baked potato with a side of bernaise on a plate. Not sure what was “table side” about that. The sauce was congealed and not even pourable over the potato. Our steaks were great. Overall for $250 dinner, there could have been a bigger focus on the experience you’re paying for. Especially when you advertise specialty cocktails with a certain presentation and you bring the completely wrong drink and don’t present the other in front of the guest. Had hoped for more Mitchell’s, especially on a special day.

   All the food was served cold - sent 2 steaks back and they still were undercooked. Rhe scallops and risotto were cold and undercooked. The server did not seem to want to want to be there. It was a family dinner so we made the best of it but it was a lot of money done what we got and experienced.

   It was gorgeous. The architecture of the restaurant is breathtaking. The food was absolutely divine and the service and staff were fantastic. Landon was our server, and he made me and my boyfriend’s Valentine’s Day dinner perfect 🤌🏼

   My girlfriend and I was not impressed with the food or our service. Our server didn’t have much knowledge about the menu. Our servers response to everything was “ I don’t know, or I’m not sure”. This made it very difficult to order with this being our first time dining in this restaurant. Orher than that, the ambiance was beautiful and our food was just “okay”.

   Mitchell’s Steakhouse truly made my daughter’s 18th birthday special. The staff was attentive and added little special touches, like the menu having “Happy 18th Birthday!” printed on it. Thank you for helping us celebrate her milestone birthday!

   No valet on Sundays. But we found parking not too far away. We were greeted and sat promptly. Our waitress didn’t offer any menu suggestions, food or drink and didn’t list any specials. The food was VERY slow to come out. We got 2 orders of meatballs (4 out of 5 stars), 1 crab cake (0 out of 5 stars, VERY FISHY smelling and tasting), Prix Fixe- Cesar salad, roasted chicken, jalapeño potato au gratin, warm butter cake. I didn’t eat anything in its entirety because not one thing was cooked/seasoned well. I have been to Mitchell’s near Polaris- this place was polar opposite and I will never return..

   Great downtown Columbus steakhouse. The food, the service and the beautiful old bank building is a great place for a quiet couples dinner or for a celebration. Love it here!

   If you are looking for a restaurant where every dish is crafted with care and precision, Mitchell’s steakhouse it is. They made me feel like a true VIP. Service was impeccable. I had the chopped salad and sea bass and both were absolute perfection. The chef personally stopped by my table and asked about my experience. Five stars all the way!
