   The food was ok. The chicken was dry. Catfish heavily seasoned. Yams were good. The service wasn't. The coke was flat and tasted old. I then ordered two large lemonade one strawberry the other blueberry. She gave us two small strawberrys instead. We saw other tables with lemonsades. When I asked for the bill. She didn't come back. She went to cleaning off tables and taking other orders. People were waiting in the lobby she could have freed up a table by bringing our bill instead of cleaning tables. The lady seating people should have helped cleaned tables. I had to tell her I had been waiting for my bill. She then went and got waitress and whispered in her ear who didn't apologized just asked what did we order and the gave machine for us to pay. Machine out of paper didn't print bill or send copy of bill. Top things off they charge 25 percent gratuity regardless of number of people and POOR service. It was just two of us.

   This was a nice intimate setting but a vibe at the same time. The food was a 10/10!!! The presentation was a 10/10!!!! This is my wife and I new favorite place!! Top notch to say the least!! We will be back very very soon!!

   I enjoyed my food and the host Darriel was so pleasant and respectful. The gentleman had made some of the best coolaid I’ve ever had. A must try.

   I wanted to share my experience during my recent visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations, and I believe it’s important to provide some feedback. From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing. Both the host and the waitstaff displayed unfriendly attitudes, which made us feel unwelcome. Additionally, when we asked about various items on the menu, we were repeatedly told that they were unavailable. This included drinks (being offered only Kool-Aid) and multiple side dishes such as greens, mashed potatoes, and sweet potatoes. Eventually, we were informed that fries were the only available side, leaving us with very limited options. When our food finally arrived, one of the staff members (a light-skinned lady) placed our plates on the table in a noticeably rough and disrespectful manner, which made us feel uncomfortable. At that point, we decided it would be best to take our food to go and leave the restaurant. I wanted to share this experience in hopes that improvements can be made to both service and menu availability. Thank you for your time and consideration.
