We went pre concert, so busy as expected. Overall experience was good. Unfortunately, we sat by the entrance on Causeway Street, and it was very cold. Had to wear your winter coat at the table. Not fun

Super disappointed overall both with the food and the service. We ordered 3 appetizers - Brussels sprouts, wontons, and crab bao. The Brussels sprouts were crispy, wontons flavorful, but the $14 per piece soft shell crab bao was under seasoned and the bao was not fresh. We each ordered 1 cocktail, which was too sweet and took over 10min to get. Then ordered a bottle of sake and ramen. The sake took longer than the ramen. The ramen was under seasoned and the chicken was just like shredded? Not good and I would just get tofu or something if I were to ever go back. Our service was so poor and made it a less than desirable experience even with mediocre food. Our server had a very weird pattern of checking on tables and never made it down our aisle all the way because she kept checking on closer tables. It was busy and they were understaffed.

I was hoping to be wowed given the name behind the restaurant but overall I was not. Maybe the kitchen was off this night. We went before a Celtics game so it was very crowded and loud. Our server was amazing constantly checking on us and hustling from table to table. Host/hostess were just as friendly.

First time at this restaurant. It is perfect for a quick bite and pre game at the TD Garden. It is very much family style dining with long tables where you sit next to complete strangers or booths if you are a party of 4. We loved the food. We had the duck (very different with taco's to roll) we would have liked the traditional cucumber to accompany. The ribs where to die for and the fried dumplings had the best pork filling. The cocktails were equally good. This is the Japanese fast food restaurants with yummy food. Our servers China and Melanie where both attentive, nice and very hard working. I give this place 5 stars for what it does. Everyone around us had Ramen and bowls were emptied. Always a good sign.

The sticky ribs were tender sweet and delicious! We split the regular ramen and Spicey wontons because we were pacing ourselves to eat all day! Otherwise we would have ordered a bowl each Broth was just right

My husband and I came in after the Bruins game celebrating his birthday. We noted birthday as the celebration on the reservation but no one mentioned anything about it. We were sat at a two top by the window at a nice table. The hub was lively - music could be heard, but the restaurant was slow at the time. We tried the Edamame, and Sticky ribs for appetizers. The Sticky ribs were very tender, and fell right off the bone. For dinner we both had a Spicy yellowtail roll, I also enjoyed the special Pink-tober roll. My husband also had the Spicy Dan Dan. Service was off or maybe she was new? Not very knowledgeable about menu items, awkwardly lingered when we ordered, but didn’t check in. Food came out oddly. The Spicy Dan Dan came out first, a long delay between that and the Spicy yellow tails. Then another long delay for the Pink-tober roll to arrive. We thought maybe it was forgotten. For how slow the restaurant was the entire time we were there the odd food delays didn’t seem to make sense. Overall we were happy we tried the place, and thought the food was good, but not somewhere we would visit again.

Excellent spot in North Station. The Hub Dining Hall reminds me of Boston Public Market. Just know you're not getting a private restaurant experience as it's all open. The food was fantastic and so were the cocktails!!! Get the chicken wontons and one of their signature cocktails.

Fantastic from start to finish! We arrived 20 minutes early to our reservation for 8 and we were seated immediately. Our server/bartender, Niles, was amazing, patient with our group and very knowledgeable, and helped us choose some great drinks. Apps were delivered to the table in a timely manner while dinner took a bit longer but it was before a concert so not a big deal, and it was nice to not feel rushed. Most of the table ordered ramen for dinner and it did not disappoint. Rich flavors and the perfect amount of spice with a good noodles/toppings to broth ratio. Between all of us, we tried a good amount of items of the menu but my favorites (for now) were the: Morimoto Daiginjo sake (do yourself a favor and order the 10 ounce) Karaage small plate Spicy Tan-Tan ramen
