   The service was above and beyond. They made our Christmas celebration extremely special. A special shoutout to the manager. We had some confusion with our coupons we purchased through COSTCO. The errors or confusion were solely on our side, but thanks to the manager's patients and explanations we were able to get it worked out and benefit from the discount cards we had purchased. He was amazing. We wish we had gotten his name, but he was the Manager on site at 5 o'clock. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

   Morton's as a steakhouse is very expensive, which can be expected. We ordered the Chateaubriand Holiday Diner that is shown on the website. First, we were asked if we would like bread which we said yes to. The bread arrived and had an interesting look of black bits of onion over the top. Unfortunately, they were burned onions that left an acrid bitter flavor to the bread. We ordered Mocktails both of which were very good. Our choice for Starters was Lobster Bisque, and note you both have to order the same starter. The Bisque had a nice flavor but was not a Bisque, it was soup, very thin and watery with very little cream in it. Not a Bisque, a soup. The one piece of lobster was average, floated in a 1 cup serving bowl. It arrived warm not hot. The main arrived not as shown on the website but on a cold plate with one half of a cold pickled shallot, not the roasted Shallots as specified on the menu. The website photo also shows 11 pieces of meat on a plank, ours was 6 hastily cut pieces, underdone and served with two sauces that were average at best. Bearnaise sauce had lemon in it and the other two sauces were both red wine reduction that were overly sweet. The meat was tender and not hot. We chose the two sides as Smoked Gouda and Bacon Au Gratin Potatoes that had more cheese than a cheese pizza; and the Creamed Spinach that was tough and bitter, as though it was all stems. We did not eat all of the meal and it was cheerfully boxed for us. Dessert we were told we could order two different so one was the Molten Lava Cake and the other the Carrot Cake which were okay, although the Carrot cake icing was overly thick. We gave the leftovers to a homeless man that walked by out front. Strong pass next time.

   Congratulations to the griller and kitchen guys all the food was perfect 👌 , our waiter was bilingual and super friendly so he helped at all time to my parents who do not speak English it was a great experience as always

   Some menu changes. Steak was good but seemed a little tough this time around. Good service, but they were unable to provide a photo I requested for a special dinner. Other than that great time.

   A very nice meal during the holidays. While you clearly go here for the steaks, the salad, sides, and dessert were also outstanding! The service was attentive and friendly as well. Will definitely plan to come back for a celebratory night out!

   Wonderful birthday celebration! The food and ambience were amazing! The service staff were attentive without being over the top. We look forward to celebrating here again. The food, drinks and dessert were exceptional.

   Great ambience. Waiter, Randy was very helpful and cheerful. The filet and lobster were amazing along with the creamed spinach and mash potaoes.

    I had an ok experience when I went for anniversary, they put us by the kitchen and our waiter forgot about us to order, we had to order our appetizers, and our dinner at the same time which still took a while. Also when the packed Our food away I still had steak left over which I didn’t get in my left over box, which I was disappointed, the table by us was offered a photo, I was looking forward to get a photo for our special moment but we never for offered.
