The only Korean BBQ in the Westside that is casual dining in an upscale ambiance. Great service and very enjoyable meal. They were out of the Wagyu course on their menu which was why we went (and may not be able to offer it for a while), but otherwise it was a very pleasant experience.

Food was good, service was good. Love the portion of food definitely worth your money. Also very caring about allergies from the start. Would recommend !

We walk up and we’re told 45 min wait. Went on OT app and got reservation within 5 min. Never been before so didn’t know how it worked. Server walked up and said ready to order? Barely answered our questions. Wontons were breaded and deep friend. Not good. Waygu beef was delicious. Sides were good. Asked for another round of broccoli but it never came out. One glass of wine. $100+. Accidentally tipped 22% when intended to tip 20%. Never provided itemized receipt so who knows what we paid for. We just wanted out of there. Will never be back.

The restaurant is new, modern and very clean. The food was tasty and Banchans were wonderful! The staffs were very nice and kind. Everything was great.

Arrived on time and we were seated immediately ..beautiful ambiance and great menu selections..but unfortunately when it came to the service there were many issues we waited 15 to 20 mins to even have a chance to ask for water our waiter didn’t understand the menu (guessing he was new) and it happen to be our first time so we couldn’t get any real information on how everything works when it came to ordering..also our waiter had to keep getting help from another waiter on how to prepare our meal he kept walking away while our food was cooking and another waiter had to come and keeping tabs on our food so it wouldn’t burn and when our waiter came back the two waiters were obviously having a spat in front of us ..i ordered prawns and they were extremely burnt due to the waiters back and forth and not keeping tabs on the food ..if I’m paying $100+ dollars anywhere i expect good service and unfortunately we didn’t receive it …which is unfortunate cause we were so excited to experience Namoo.

The waiter that was cooking our meat kept leaving and would take long to come back so our meat would burn. Wasn’t the best customer service. Definitely didn’t like waiting on a waiter to cook our meat. I might as well cooked it myself…
