   Our table was too close to a large party with lots of babies so the ambience was not good. Everyone at our table had to keep asking what others said as it was too loud to hear the first time someone spoke. Also, the room we were in was very poorly insulated and it was too cold to take off our coats during our dinner. Service was so-so. Our waiter must have been busy as he took a long time to come back to our table every time we wanted to place an order Once we had our dessert menu (and waited a long time for the server to come back so we could order) we were told the 2 items we wanted were not available. We would have preferred being told this when he gave us the menu. Food was average at best. Overall, dining at Napa was not enjoyable enough for us to come back.

   Our first visit to the Stonecrest location, the food service and ambiance were excellent. Yeti, our server, went above and beyond for my wife’s birthday. His recommendations were perfect and we appreciated his attention to detail. We will be back again soon!

   I cannot blame the waiter totally as he had several tables and absolutely no support staff. After our appetizer I ordered a glass of wine to have with my meal. After I was done with my meal, I told the waiter I did not get the wine I ordered. He said he would get it right away. I explained I was done with my meal and there was no point in bringing the wine now. No apology. While eating my meal I tried to get the waiters attention, and he seemed to ignore us. There did not seem to be any manager on the floor. I could not enjoy my meal since I was constantly trying to get the waiters attention. We will not be back to this location due to the very poor service.

   Very nice restaurant ! The service (Olog) was very good as was the entire wait staff. The salads were rather large and delightful. The Salmon was excellent. Cooked perfectly ! We will definitely be returning !

   The service model was broken and very inefficient. 4 bartenders trying to serve tables. We sat for 15 minutes until someone came to greet our table. When the check came, there were several errors. Very frustrating for a restaurant who has a sister restaurant with excellent service. Being open for only a month is no excuse ( as they told me)—very poor management. However, the food was great!!!

   Food and wine were great! The Duck, Filet and halibut dishes were very good. Our server, Yeti, did a great job and made our experience fun and memorable. Will be returning!

    Our food, Shrimp capellini, and duck were spectacular. The server who brought our food from the kitchen was fantastic. Our dining room server attempted to do her best, and you could feel her frustration. She had too many tables assigned to her, and she was trying to do her best. For this price of food, the entire experience matters. We will go back and try it again.
