   Very tasty food and quick service! I loved the Rigatoni Carbonara, though there were a bit too many peas for my liking. The chairs were also surprisingly comfortable. It did feel a bit like a cafeteria in the downstairs area though, which I didn’t like much. I didn’t see the upstairs portion, so I’m curious about that! A bit pricey, but that’s to be expected at Disney. 2 people, each ordered one pasta dish and one alcoholic beverage plus tip totaled about $100.

   Naples was perfect for our family of eight, for dinner during a day at Disneyland. Great food, fast service, and a strong menu for just the kind of food we wanted. Example - Ceasar salad, for two or more people, $6 per person. We wanted that for all eight of us, so instead of guessing or quizzing the waiter, we just said Caesar salad for eight, and what we got was four serving plates - one per couple - each with more than enough for two. I don't get a 20 inch pizza costing less than twice what a 10 inch pizza costs, given there's four times the pizza, but instead of my son and me ordering two 10 inch pizzas of the same type, we just split a 20 inch, the only problem being that even with some help from others at the table, we had to leave some. Everything we had was great.

   It is what it is’ downtown Disney’ why try harder when your tables are full every night. Over priced pasta with over priced drinks but you gotta pay the rent I guess. Our server was good. Nothing was terrible just over priced.

   When I go out to eat I always want to try something new and different. Napoli has a wonderful dish of Pumpkin Ravioli and the Lasagna is the bomb. The service was professional and very accommodating to the Birthday girl, my sister Susan. I was surprised at the competence and congeniality of the servers. I will make it a point to frequent this establishment every time I come to DownTown Disney. I will recommend to friends.

   The pictures of the pizza on line are NOTHING like what we got. We ordered a margarita pizza which is billed as having a beautiful red sauce and fresh mozzarella. We got a burned pizza with over processed, salty shredded cheese with a few basil leaves sprinkled on top. Asked the guy who delivered it to confirm it was a margarita. He said it was. Then asked our waiter who said, “Yeah they just put extra cheese on it.” Nope. No fresh mozzarella to be found. Dominos is better and I hate Dominos. Two stars because the Brussels sprouts were pretty good and so was the salad. The pasta coming out of the kitchen looked decent but whatever you do, steer clear of the cardboard, over processed pizza.

   We visited for New Year’s Eve 2024 and had an amazing experience! First and foremost, we truly appreciate all the staff working that evening – they did an incredible job. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for the occasion. We’ll definitely be back next time. Highly recommend!

    Food wasn’t great. Service was spotty. Restaurant was dirty and lighting bright. Old Spaghetti factory puts this place to shame (which says a lot about this place)
