The food was outstanding, and service to our table of 6 was just right! Friendly, accommodating staff and our table was ready on time. The only note would be how loud the dining room gets during peak times - high ceiling, wood floors, loud music make it so difficult to have a conversation!

Food was great. Especially liked the beet salad and spinach side. Not a lot of vegetarian/pescatarian options but I made due. High noise level and tables jammed very close together. Our server, Malina, was helpful and provided great service.

Our server, Diana, was exceptional. She asked the chef to make a special meal for my wife and I. The chef accepted and Dana was happy to ask on our behalf. Diana was super friendly and very attentive. When we return, we will ask for her section. She was amazing and very kind. It was my daughter's birthday and Diana offered us a free piece of cake. The food was outstanding and there were good sized portions.

When I made the reservation I stated it was for a birthday and it wasn’t acknowledged. The Arancini appetizer was not hot and the cheese in the middle wasn’t even melted. The waitress was rude and when we were finished she brought the check to the table and slapped it down on the table without so much as a thank you or have a good night. We waited for for almost 10 minutes for her to return to take the check, which she never did, even though she saw my daughter looking at her trying to get her attention. I will never return!

Love the food here. It seems like the Nbk location is a little less noisy than the Wilmette location. Highly recommend.

The polite service and beet salad were the only redeemable aspects of our night. The food was lousy overall and my bourbon couldn’t have been even an ounce. Will never go back and don’t believe this will last in Northbrook. Sad.
