   Todo bien como siempre, pero estan cometiendo un gran error el area de palapas, dicen que la tienen reservada y la verda no es cierto, me fui a las 7 de la noche y el 50% estaba sin ocupar. MUY MAL

Nos gustaría explicarle un poquito la política de reservaciones que manejamos con las únicas 3 Palapas privadas que manejamos en todo el restaurante Sr Malpica. De acuerdo a nuestro registro de comensales, usted llegó a las 4:22 pm para una mesa para 2 personas; Las palapas privas son para un mínimo de 6 personas puesto que caben 8 personas en total. Y como le comentamos personalmente las reservaciones eran a las 6:00 pm y 6:30 pm respectivamente, las cuáles sí se presentaron. Disculpe las molestias que esto le puede ocasionar. ¡Esperamos que nos visite de nuevo muy pronto para seguir creando juntos experiencias memorables!

   Gorgeous setting. We had the tiki hut out on the very end. The violinist was very entertaining and talented. Our server was attentive. The food was a mixed bag. The lobster tacos and scallops were terrible. The coconut shrimp and grouper were good.

   Absolutely fabulous dinner tonight at Navios. The location and restaurant are so beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, food was exquisite, staff very attentive and we saw a crocodile too! What more could you ask for?

   This was our first time dining at Navios for our party of four. The food and drinks were delicious. Our server was very helpful in explaining the menu and gave us great recommendations. Tuna tostadas, guajillo grouper, fettuccine pasta and coconut shrimp were perfectly prepared. Looking forward to dining here on our next visit to Cancun.

   My wife and I celebrated our first anniversary at Navíos on January 15, 2025. The ambiance was romantic, and intimate. The evening Lagoon scenery was very picturesque. The food was fabulous! We enjoyed Navíos ceviche, camanrillos, Veracruz-style fish, and coconut shrimp. Each dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Our mesero, Diego V., was very friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, and he provided excellent service. He was very attentive to the few requests that we had, outside of food and drinks. I cannot wait for my next trip to Cancún so that I can experience this restaurant again!
