   Had an interesting experience here on a Tuesday. The place was nearly empty, but that meant we had no service issues. We got two appetizers and shared two entrees - the hand pulled noodle of the day, with shrimp and the Texas dry aged steak. The ricotta whip cheese was delicious, but nothing too crazy and very fruity. Their sushi deviled eggs had a little roe on top, and were very good as well. The shrimp scampi dish was superb, just so well seasoned and light despite being a cream sauce. The dry aged steak was good but coming from the land of steakhouses, I would expect nothing less. However it was a really perfect amount to share between three folks. Worth trying out - cute a law themed with all its drink. I want to go back and try the fancy meat loaf!

   Seated quickly. Our server was very friendly and nice. Service was a bit “off”. A glass of wine and an ice tea took about 25 minutes to arrive… I received my food about 15 mins before the rest of my party. A taller curly hair woman that I believe was the manager stopped by when I asked if the rest of our food will be out soon. She apologized and said it wasn’t my fault that the food was late…. Weird…. Then she offered to make it right…. We finally got the rest our food a few mins later. She never returned to check on us. My food was cold because it sat out while I waited for the rest of my guests to get their food. For the price point service was really lacking. Maybe they were having a bad night.

   The food was very good. The service wasn’t great. We had to wait 30 minutes for our reservation and it seems other parties did as well. Seems like they need to add to waitstaff. Also no valet for a Saturday night?! Seemed odd. Love NDA for brunch so was excited to try for dinner. Was lackluster.

   One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had it Dallas. After being seated as a group of five at 6:30 and still unable to get drinks or appetizers ordered by 7:20 and zero ability to flag down anybody to get their attention, we finally told the waiter to go ahead and close us out so we could walk somewhere else to eat. That took another ten minutes and to our surprise the bill did not comp a single of the three drinks that had been delivered after 30 minutes of waiting or the two drinks that never actually reached the table. Finally after laughing and asking wait seriously, one of the floor managers came over and relayed the tab was covered which was appreciated but felt like a baseline reset just so we could walk down the street to get Chicken Tenders at Hero before our event started. It genuinely felt like a fever dream being ignored by literally everyone while the manager frantically scratched away at an iPad in the corner. I totally get restaurants can be understaffed and can be chaos bombs, but it takes literally zero time or effort to communicate with people. Sure wish we could have at least ordered and tried an appetizer or had a bread service while the dining room chaos sorted itself out. At this price point, hospitality and service is the name of the game and y’all fell flat.
