Newhall's first Gastropub located in the heart of historic Old Town Newhall. Come take a stroll in the western walk of stars and enjoy a delicious meal on Main Street at Newhall Refinery.

Celebrate New Years with us! Open until 12:30am on NY Eve. We will offer our dinner menu until 10pm & a limited menu until 12:30am.

Our regular hours for Dine-In, Takeout, and Delivery; Tues - Thur from 11:30 - 9pm, Fri 11:30 - 11pm, Sat 10:30 - 11pm and Sunday from 10:30 - 9pm. We are taking reservations for Dine-In over the phone or through Open Table. For Takeout, give us a call or visit . We look four website at www.newhallrefinery.com. The burgers are amazing!! it’s a great little place to order a burger for lunch. It comes out really quickly so if you’re on a fast lunch break, it’s great service very quick.

The host was very nice to allow us to bring our well behaved small dog to the restaurant cuz we couldn’t leave him in the car. Food was delicious and ambience was great. Nice place for all ages.

Poor service, overpriced food and drinks. Took us 25 minutes to get our drinks and 35 minutes before they took our order. Our water glasses were never refilled despite repeated requests. I know it’s a small detail, but it is a pet peeve of mine… the waiter did not write our orders down. When I’m dinning out, I’d rather have the confidence that my order is being handled with care rather than trusting the memory skills of someone who is currently balancing multiple tables at one time and can’t remember to refill my water.

Good was okay. Steak didn’t have much flavor. Sandwiches and smash burger were decent. Service was very slow and it wasn’t yet busy. We hadn’t been there in a few years but don’t really plan to go back.

We use to live in Santa Clarita and came back for a visit. Newhall Refinery use to be run by a chef but now they’re just cooks serving pub grub. It’s now the same, which was a disappointment.

The sandwich I ate was out of this world! It was the Refinery Melt. Didn't know a sandwich could be so delicious! My husband loved the French Dip Sandwich with garlic fries. We'll be back!
