   It was my 2nd time there, table reservation made 2 weeks in advance to dine with my good friend, my first time there was blissful and happy, I wanted to repeat the experience. We ordered drinks that were a ginger highball, drinks were very thick and felt like an alcoholic ginger smoothie. I asked about it as in Japan it is the most basic and easy whisky ginger ale on ice, here it was undrinkable. The way the bar/stuff/chefs responded to me was extremely rude and misogynistic. First reaction was to put another paper straw in my drink(i removed the first one as my drink came with it opposed to my friend’s (male) same drink that came without. Later on I tried to talk about a drink quality and ask them to do something about it or make us a new one, another guy came around to ask me “what is it that you are demanding?” We canceled the rest of our order and left the restaurant prematurely, it is really sad that the situations like this happen in a place that used to offer a really chill and quality experience.

   Niko comes very close to real izakayas in Tokyo. ☺️

   Man hat wirklich das Gefühl, wieder in Japan zu sein. Dort finden Sie authentische japanische Izakaya-Kultur. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

   The food was excellent, and I really enjoyed the authentic Japanese ambiance. I would love to visit again.

   Amazing food, high quality ingredients, a very fine interior & beautiful tableware they use for the dishes, welcoming vibe, friendly staff, overall a lovely experience we had at Niko Izakaya. Will definitely come back!

   It was such a pleasant evening and a nice surprise to have this amazing service and food in an inconspicuous place like that. The ambience and decor was super lovely and each of the dishes were an exciting new experience.

    Es war eine wirklich schöne Erfahrung. So Authentisch, der Service sehr zuvorkommend, überhaupt nicht abgedreht obwohl so gehyped. Das Essen war Klasse. Ich komme wieder 😇👍
