Food & service is good, Nate was our server. We got the full service option, which costs $139 per person. Though there’s a limit on the serving amount of some premium item on the menu. Also were not impressed with the dessert selections, they should’ve at least put some fruits..

Food was fresh but not cooked well. Everything, and I mean everything, was overcooked and tough to eat. The buffet line was always half empty and missing items from the list. The seafood in the buffet line (ie crab and lobster) are just sitting under a heat lamp all night so the meat is tough. For the full service, it’s definitely not worth as the meat comes out overdone every time after the first round, and there is no heating mechanism to keep food warm. We ordered the A5 dry aged tomahawk wagyu which was the tiniest thinnest piece of meat I’ve ever seen. The beef tongue was thicker and juicer than the wagyu. The special order grilled seafood were the tiniest portions I’ve ever seen. Food was ok but it’s really not worth trying to make a reservation or going out of your way to try. Service was fine but someone not our server tried pulling plates away and spilled all over our table and clothes. He didn’t notice and left without apologizing or taking a second glance which understandable but also left a bad taste in the mouth

Super dark inside which I think took away from some of the ambiance. Service was friendly but slow at times. Value for cost is great.

It was a one and done kind of experience, in my opinion. Very good drinks and meat, but nothing that made me want to return.

Reservation was at 8:30pm. Quality of the line terrible. Food was stale. Desserts was non-existent and service was spotty. Was ordered sides that never showed up. We even had one randomly taken off the table before we ate it. We were reminded often about the “eat all your food, or else you’ll be charged” policy right as we started grilling. This should be a $49 ppl place in Ktown, not DTLA. Oh, and they ran out of King Crab legs.

The food was good. We picked the full service option but the food wasn’t hot when it reached our table. Our server was nice and friendly but there were a lot of delays with the additional items we ordered.

Lobster tail is small and hard. We ordered ox tail sticker and arrived after 1 hour. Alaskan crab legs hard to open, it should be cut in half so the meat can be easily taken out.
