   Fabulous decor, rich and luxurious. Food was delicious!!! Service was slow, in getting drinks and there attention. One gripe... when it came to the bill., we didnt even get to see it for ourselves. The young girl came with the machine and bill at the same time. We were a party of 4, she told us our total and still stood waiting.... we were slightly embarrassed and quickly split total by 4 and all paid the same amount. Looking back we really should has asked for a few minutes to check bill etc...

   Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing we Wer going to a concert so had booked a table for 5.30 and just as well we did. We didn’t get the table we had ordered no one came to seat us we had to go to bar to order as no one came for order when meal came it wasn’t correct I asked for condiments they didn’t come we asked for another drinks round the wrong drinks came! I honestly cannot recommend anyone to go here especially if they are in a hurry. The place itself is very nice and that makes it even more disappointing!! They def need more staff and a good manager!!!

   I booked at table for drinks on New Year’s Eve on line, when I got there I told the lady behind the bar I had a table reserved she said ‘sit anywhere there’s free tables’ why bother booking a table when staff can’t be bothered to look for a booking

   I pre-booked the Riverside Restaurant at the Hilton Hotel Belfast to have Sunday lunch prior to attending a show in the Waterfront. The ambience in the Hilton Hotel was very welcoming. However, the lunch menu was extremely limited, as food appeared to be processed similar to a fast food menu . We ordered soup which tasted as ‘shop bought’ followed by chicken salad which consisted of deep fried processed chicken balls , a large spoonful of mayonnaise on purple & green lettuce leaves. Alternative dishes were sandwiches. The food menu and quality were both extremely disappointing as a Sunday Lunch. I would not recommend this venue for food but rather pre- show drinks only. The No 4 dining area was filled with customers and so given the numbers attending I do not understand why the Hilton hotel cannot provide healthy food options eg, a dinner of meat & vegetables.

   Booked a table as attending waterfront Hall. Very friendly staff, attended to us immediately Ordered drinks and food. Drinks came immediately and a little wait for food. It did not disappoint absolutely gorgeous.

    Cocktails were nice but expensive. We were informed after we had one cocktail each at around 6 pm, that they were no longer serving cocktails, we had booked the restaurant for a small bit of food and cocktails specifically. I had also booked a snug area but was seated on high-top tables which was not an issue for us and we accepted the change but may be a problem for any mobility issues. No server came to our table to take our food order for around an hour even though we had cutlery and a food menu. When the nice lady who served us first came over to check, we declined the food as we knew we had to leave within the following hour or so for a train so the rating on the food is not accurate as we didn't get anything (looked nice for other guests!) but it won't let me n/a so star rating is based on no one taking our order. The atmosphere was nice, and the reception staff assisted us with getting a taxi. Staff in bar were friendly. It definitely felt like the hotel bar it was and not somewhere I would book in future. If you are staying in the hotel I'm sure it would be very nice for a couple of drinks before bed or heading out but I wouldn't book as a stand-alone cocktail bar.
