   Food was excellent as always! We go to Nobu all the time and have never felt the staff were arrogant but last night if felt like the staff were pretty pretentious. The hostess and server both weren’t overly friendly and seemed almost bothered by us. I’ve had way better service at Nobu

   Probably our best ever Valentine’s Day dining experience. Not overcrowded or rushed as other nice places have been on Feb 14, especially for a Friday night. Top of the line service from top to bottom. Interesting and delicious foods. Not cheap, but still feels like a good value for how great the experience was. 10/10 recommend.

   We have been to Nobu in many cities and have enjoyed dining in each and every one, until we chose the Indian Wells location for a birthday dinner. Our server was just ok, seemed like she didn't want to actually work. Our order took way too much time. Multiple times we were brought food that we had not ordered and had to tell the server. And frankly the food was just not up to par. We didn't enjoy the cauliflower much and the crispy rice with spicy salmon or tuna was different than we are used to - just not as good! We ordered dessert and 30 minutes later we were served them. Basically, if you are looking for an amazing Nobu experience, skip the Indian Wells location.

   Ask to sit in Ryan P’s section and let him select everything for you. Always a wonderful experience! Plan on $200/pp on food

   We’ve been to a dozen Nobu restaurants and it was our 2nd visit here at Indian Wells. We unfortunately couldn’t get seated at the bar to watch the sushi chefs which is part of the experience imo so that took away from this one. However the food and service was exceptional. The restaurant itself was over the top noisy and dark in that the menus were quite difficult to navigate. We looked around and observed that we weren’t alone struggling with this. At these price points this should not be an issue.

   Genevieve was amazing. She knew the menu top to bottom. Her suggestions were all amazing as well. Can’t wait to come back!

    What can I say no matter where in the world we are always look for a Nobu. First time at the Indian Wells Nobu and it was an amazing dining experience. Located in the tennis center. The wait staff made the meal so enjoyable their service was on point and the advice on dishes also help us curate a seamless and delicious dinner. I highly recommend this Nobu to all. Thank you to all who waited on us.
