    Unfortunately the atmosphere and food were way off at this location. There were more kids than adults for some reason. Felt like I was at Chucky Cheese and not a brewery. Lastly the food was horrible. I had the burger and only ate half. Cooked to order but no flavor. Friends of ours didn’t even finish their food. We will not be back sadly. The Westerville location is far more favorable. Not this Dublin location.

    We booked an igloo and after we were seated were told it was $100 minimum which was not stated anywhere on the website or during booking. Our waitress was great and did everything she could to make up for it.

    Reserved an igloo and showed up to be told the igloos were not open and someone should have contacted us to let us know (they didn’t)

    Went for lunch on a Sunday with 6, wasn’t busy and the staff was very friendly and prompt. Food was quick and good. Brunch burger was on point, shrimp and grits were really good as well. We had a kid that is a picky eater and they had plenty of options for him. We will definitely be visiting again.

    The service was slow. Burger and chicken sandwich tasted good. Beer is good. The Apple Crisp was cold and runny.

    We were seated. The waiter came over and took our order. The food came out fairly quickly. But after the food came out our waiter was MIA. I spilled my Diet Coke by accident and another server came over quickly to clean it up. But he never replaced my drink. I had to wait for him to walk by again and ask him for another soda. My son was drinking water and asked for a straw twice. The second time the waiter did get the straw right away, but brought 3 tiny cocktail straws. I have no idea why he brought 3 or why he brought cocktail straws for someone drinking water. My son walked up to the bar himself and asked for a straw. The food was good. After we finished eating we did not see our waiter again. I wanted to pay the check and leave. So I finally walked up to the bar and asked if I could pay my check there. The bartender apologized and let me pay my check. We were not asked if we wanted refills on our sodas because are waiter never came back to our table.

    We had a group of eight I had booked patio, but it was freezing out and they did accommodate us to be inside. The staff is amazing and we had a great time.
