   Menu is small. Food is average. Service is slow. It took a long time to get our food. We had to track someone down to get our water refilled. Not going back.

   My wife and I were celebrating 36 years together and decided to give this place a try for lunch. We were impressed by the spaciousness of the restaurant and its very pleasing decor. We were seated in a very comfortable booth and were warmly greeted by our server, Brian. Brian was awesome! He was able to help us navigate the menu and gave us great recommendations! My wife had a "My Verona" cocktail which she enjoyed very much. We tried the Burratta di Stagione appetizer, and it was delicious! The Italian Farm salad was very refreshing with its oregano vinaigrette dressing and heirloom cherry tomatoes. They had a special "lasagna" pizza which we both loved! Their thin pizza crust was cooked perfectly in their brick oven and the toppings were amazing! To top off this delicious meal, they comped us a dessert to share. My wife selected the Seasonal Butter Cake with a caramelized apple rum topping... oh so good! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Brian and staff for making our anniversary lunch an incredible experience!

   My second time here and was looking forward to a great evening. I made reservations and was sat down quickly. However it took about fifteen minutes before we decided to get somebody’s attention to acknowledge we were there to eat and ready to order out food. It was a Monday night and quite busy but there were empty tables close by. We thought the kitchen was backed up with all the people working at the moment and probably why taking orders was also delayed. Anyway, when someone finally found our server, it went almost smoothly after then. Our food and drink order were taken and server was apologetic and very nice. Starters came out right away and we were surprised with the generous portion. The Black Mediterranean mussels in white butter garlic sauce was very satisfying. Our main dishes took some time to be prepared so there was some wait time again. I had the Braised Short-rib Marsala with risotto which was amazing and I highly recommend. Good for two I think but if you have the appetite it’s possible to eat it in one sitting. We also got the Ricotta Cavatelli since we didn’t want a pasta dish with red sauce. It definitely did not disappoint. The serving portion is on the lighter side but the combination of the crab and shrimp with the white sauce definitely hits the spot. A must try! We had the Dark Chocolate Budino for desserts. It’s not too sweet and was almost like a soufflé and enough for two to share. Overall, the ambience, the service and food was decent. I’ll be back to explore the rest of the menu. I hope the wait time can be shorter but I guess some things are worth the wait! 😋😋😋

   I’ve been to this location several times and tonight was the first time it was a miss for me. My friend and I both had issues with the temperature of our food (appetizer and entrees) when they were delivered, but the server did his best to make up for it. Thanks to the manager that we spoke with for listening and making it right for us. Without these two stepping up, it might have been a while before I visited again.

   We out out almost everyday & I believe amazing service makes up for terrible food. Unfortunately North Italia has some very serious problems that inevitably will lead to their downfall. 1- we were seated behind the server station, the worst place for guest seating. It was a constant flow of servers and bussers going back & forth beside our table entering their orders into the point of service equipment & taking food to & from the kitchen. 2- the interior temperature of the restaurant was 64 degrees. There is no way to keep the cold air from outside patio from entering the restaurant as the long bar is two sided from the outdoor seating to the interior bartop seating. If I wanted to sit outside, I would have worn a warm jacket. 3- although our server (he is from Brazil & he was good) the host staff were useless. We were never asked once how our food was nor did a manager “touch the table” as a well run restaurant does. This restaurant has serious management problems. 4- my wife’s Arugula- Avacado salad was dry & had almost no dressing. The avacado was “minimal” at best. I know avocados are a bit pricy these days, but cutting back the portion of avacado on the salad is a joke. The salmon portion was cooked well, but it was very small. 5- my Pig Pizza was burned in several places. Do yourself a favor & don’t waste your money or evening in this restaurant. Most likely won’t be back after a terrible experience on our Saturday evening date night.

   We’ve been to this location several times and it is not as good as their other locations. Food quality is lacking, service is bad, they don’t keep track of food/drink orders properly. Overall very disappointing
