   Yeahhhh. I’m sorry but what has happened to good old pub grub. The steak was ok but the garlic cream sauce was clearly and obviously watered down considerable; what? you guys can’t afford to extend yourselves for a bit of cream & garlic sauce with a splash of wine and liquid chicken stock and thickened to a rich dreamy consistency. The Veges were plentiful but stone cold. The pork belly my daughter had was a very odd cut. With one long line piece of crackling (no salt attire for that poor pork crackle) that was most likely from an entirely different pig alltogether. WHY CAN’T THESE CLUBS GET IT RIGHT. GOOD PRODUCE, GOOD FOOD SOURCED LOCALLY (if able); SEASONAL PRODUCE DONE WELL WITH THE OBVIOUS COST CUTTING MEASURES LEFT OUT OF THE EQUATION YOU MAKE ENOUGH MONEY OFF YOUR PATRONS WITH THE GAMBLING AND ALCOHOL SO STEP IT UP A NOTCH

   We had a table of 4 we ordered 2 stuffed chicken breasts , roast pork and pork belly. The 2 chicken breasts were pink inside and was served warm. It was very busy so it was hard to let the waiter know. By the time we did everyone had finished their meals. They said we could get another 2 but then we would have the others waiting for us. We were told we had to pay for them anyway which I found quite wrong. Undercooked chicken is a health concern. It’s simply hit or miss at this restaurant.

   Great place to catch up with friends or family. Very nice to have table service. Dessert- pistachio crème brûlée was yummy.

   Very dry roast, veggies presented like feeding a cow? The gravy was even quite tasteless. Disappointed given I’ve had such a lovely roast there before. Service staff all very friendly. Need more supervision in the kitchen, clearly understaffed with little attention to detail.

   We had the Christmas special lunch and the Plum Pudding as well as Crème Brûlée everything was delicious and beautiful presented. Our mocktails were very refreshing. All staff were friendly and provided our every need and were very efficient. Keep up the great work.

   Food was delicious - had to keep cutlery from entree and use again for main meal, which was a bit strange. Had to request for another serviette as mine was taken. Had to wait sometime before anyone came to take even a drinks order. Had to ask for water. Also had to het sometimes attention for another drink. Also to pay my bill.
