Novita Wine Bar Trattoria is the first of its kind on Long Island with 100 Global Wines by the glass served from a state of the art wine preservation system.                         The service and food were excellent from the minute we sat until we left. I had the octopus appetizer as a meat and it was pleanty. My daughter had the scallops which were excellent - both in presentation and taste. We were not rushed at all and had plenty of time to enjoy and talk. We will certainly be back.

                        The radiatore bolognese is the best pasta dish I’ve ever had! 10/10 must have. Service is so fast and the drinks were awesome

                        Excellent restaurant week lunch menu. We enjoyed the tomato basil soup as well as the chicken panini and the arugula salad with grilled chicken. Always fast and efficient service. We definitely enjoyed and plan on returning soon for dinner.

                        The best thing about it was the DJ, but we were seated right next to the speakers so it was very loud. He was kind enough to ask us if it was too loud. The waitress was always present and got all the orders right. The drinks were just ok and quite small for a full size price. The food was also just ok. The skirt steak and salmon were smothered in sauces. I would go back for the ambiance.
