   While the food and service were excellent, and the view was perfect, the prices seemed overly high. Everything was more expensive than at comparable restaurants right nearby. We had a lovely but expensive dinner.

   One needs to go and be seated to watch the sunset from this restaurant. The view is beautifully serene even at night. The food is EXCELLENT!

   The table was great along with the entire staff we all felt very welcome . Drinks were excellent and the food outstanding. The service time was very comfortable. C heers!

   The place is gorgeous , you air right over the water next to a glass top to bottom window . That’s the best part of the experience . The baked oysters , potato gratin and bread and butter were great . Tenderloin and “ beef cheeks “ weren’t good . Risotto was not cooked through and somewhat crunchy , unless that’s how it’s supposed to be ? But I like it when it’s soft. Overall, would not recommend .

   Dining by the water makes this 5 stars, wonderful atmosphere. Ate at several similar level restaurants on the street during a week's stay. The food here was very good to great. The fish tartare 3 ways appetizer was one of the best dishes on the trip. It's a little pricier than competitors but not by too much. Service was a little slow at times by comparison but still good. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

   Setting/location/view was excellent. We were seated with a great view of the water and our table was at the north end; tucked away providing semi-privacy. Service was good and the cocktails were refreshing. Menu options were varied providing each of us in our party a good range of options to choose. Food flavors were good; not remarkable. At this price point I would have appreciated a bit more flavor from our dishes. That being said we enjoyed our experience with Ocean 82.

   We were very excited to give this restaurant a try as it had been recommended by a friend. When the host met us at the door apologizing for our table we knew we might be in trouble. George seated us at the worst table in the entire place, a six top (we were a party of four) in the direct line of fire of the kitchen, the waitresses and waiters and people walking by to get out of the restaurant and almost on top of the bar. George continuously apologized for where he was seating us but kept saying they had a table for 27 and a table for 12 and he could not do any better. The irony of this is he actually said to us “you should not have booked through OpenTable… You should have booked directly with us and I could have given you a better table“ We sat down and ultimately it was too much for the four of us and they moved us to another table. This table was right on top of the bathroom. The smell was gross. The door to the bathroom was constantly opening and shutting with a line of people waiting where there really was no room to wait. Our view was an entire side of the bar filled with dirty glasses. There was an air conditioning vent in the ceiling above my husband which kept dripping on his head and the table. We reported this to the waiter and he said “I will bring you an umbrella“. At the end of the meal when we mentioned this to the manager he looked at us dead face and said “you should have moved”. Still we persevered… And placed our orders. Some of the food was good but more of the food was not. The tenderloin beef was poor quality and almost raw. The oysters were small and tasteless and at one point I thought I had a bad one. Luckily I am OK today. I will point out that we made this reservation through OpenTable from the states over at least 6 weeks ago. Not sure why we couldn’t have gotten a decent table at that point. Needless to say we will not be back and will certainly not recommend this restaurant to friends.

    The food was delicious. I had to pay more, however, for my dish because they were out of the filet of snapper. But my sea bass was delicious. We also ordered salads but that was totally unnecessary as the escargots appetizer came with a small salad that would have sufficed. This was our second time here and again, delicious. Pricy. Tip is cash only.
