   Nourriture et ambiance excellente. Notre serveur très courtois mais il a du nous aviser d’un erreur en cuisine ce qui a occasionné un très long delais entre les entrées et les plats principaux. Nous devrions être avisé avant que l’hôtel charge 10% de frais sur la facture.

   Very nice Location, food used to be better, nevertheless the place to be in Philipsburg

   Try not to order their lobster bisque (too salty) and it turned out to be manhattan clam chowder. Avoid their tuna steak as well ! Inundated with salty soy sauce way too salty

   Nine years later and it's as great as we remembered it. The service was impeccable. Yohan impressed us with his attentiveness, excellent communication skills, and his positive attitude. He's a great asset at Holland House. All our meals/drinks were delicious and served in beautiful surroundings and views. Loved spending our evening there.

   We reserved a table but when we arrived our table was taken. Service very slow. We had to wait more than 1 hour. Food was not hot. Disappointing experience !

    It is hard to find parking here, but there is a parking lot for the restaurant down a narrow alley (look for a small sign). Since it’s inside a hotel it was a bit confusing as to where the hostess stand for the restaurant was. It did not help that we stood by the hostess stand for 7 minutes as staff walked by us multiple times as well as the manager and ignored us until they were ready to acknowledge our presence. My daughter ordered her steak medium and it was definitely medium rare (on the verge of rare). The food was ok, the wait staff was ok, nothing to boost about and wish we hadn’t wasted a dinner here knowing how many other great places there are on the island.
