   Never got my pizza. Waited three hours to find out they never made it and couldn’t get it. Pretty ridiculous. Been here before and it’s usually amazing. Tonight was a let down.

   Come for the views and sunset, but don’t expect any level of quality service or to get any food or drinks within a reasonable amount of time (expect to wait 30 minutes or more for drinks and 60 minutes for food). The live music was good. The drinks were good, and food was decent. Our server was not particularly friendly, and was generally apathetic. We had to get a replacement for our dinner and we waited over an hour to get it, with no guarantee the manager would not charge us for a second one after the first was thrown away by the staff mid meal. The entire time we wanted to enjoy sunset and the live music was spent trying to flag down the staff and get the rest of our dinner and check up on why it was taking an hour. Apparently they had only two bartenders for the entire venue, which easily had hundreds of people. Not sure how understaffed the kitchen was, but it was very apparent. We were told they were busy and nothing could be done (seems a common issue there and no desire to fix it). This could’ve been a nice venue and experience but it was frustrating and heavily overpriced. Would not return, and would caution anyone going there as it is poorly run and very expensive.

   We enjoyed fantastic burgers, and a variety of flatbreads and drinks - both with vodka and virgin. (The Green Harvest is our fav.) Everything was delicious! Staff was very pleasant and personable, and attentive without hovering. The view of sunset and the central valley is unbeatable. We love dining at Ocean Organic Farm and Distillery and will be back often.

   Aloha We are thrilled you enjoyed our Chef and Sommelier curated Upcountry pairing. Chef uses what is fresh on our farm and our islands. Then the Sommelier team pairs with our spirits, in a cocktail, or Maui based wine/beer. Its a labor of love. Its also great to hear you stayed for our live music.    Beautiful outdoor setting. Great location for sunset. Food was delicious and service was friendly and fun. Will definitely go again, but will plan to arrive earlier to enjoy a tour and the grounds.

   Went on a Sunday night. There was live music and a beautiful view of the sunset. Did the tasting (highly recommend). Ate the ahi nachos (highly recommend).
