   Five stars for outstanding server Carly - the most personable, professional and accommodating server we've encountered in Naples. Drinks and steaks were excellent as well.

   Always a superb evening. OP strives to make everything perfect-starting with incredible cocktails to perfectly prepared and top quality food. Deserts are to die for and the service impeccable. Can’t wait to come again.

   Our experience was incredible from start to finish. Our server, Thomas, was fantastic. He had a very thorough understanding of the menu, the cocktails and the specials. He knew the ingredients included, in and out and made great recommendations for us.. The goat cheese ravioli as a starter was to die for. Highly recommend. All of us were pleased with our entree selections (2 filets, ahi tuna and teriyaki salmon), and thoroughly enjoyed sharing some of the sides - especially the jalapeno au gratin. The ambience is everything you expect from a restaurant on 5th, and it doesn't hurt that Naples is beautifully decorated for Christmas as well.

   We have been going to ocean prime for 14 years and last nights dinner was very disappointing. We requested a seat by the window and there were several tables available. The hostess directed us to an inside table but we said we would wait for a seat by the window. Told her we would be at bar to come and get us when available. We waited 15 minutes and then went to see her and she said Oh yeah I can seat you. Our friends ordered a sirloin strip and it was tough and not flavorful. It was not a great experience and expect better for a high end restaurant.

   Called ahead of time to check on getting a certain table for a birthday, when we got there, somebody was sitting in the table. They apologized and gave us a different table. The person who first came to our table, didn’t speak any English so that was a problem. The food was great as always, they don’t really come back to the table to check on you very much so hope you don't want a second drink .

   Husband’s birthday. We had reservations at 4:30 bar area. There was 4 of us . Didn’t seem too busy in there. Again this is low season. When we arrived hostess sad us right away gave my husband a birthday card. Our waiter approached the table shortly asked what kind of water we wanted left came back with a water pitcher. Then asked what drinks we would like. He then left the table and put our drink order in came back. We had an option of early bird dinner or five dollars happy hour drinks. We told him we needed a minute he left came back with truffle popcorn. (Very good) three people ordered early dinner, which is a salad or soup entrée and a piece of dessert. One person ordered sushi. Dinner was very nice. Sushi was good but for being a birthday I thought that they would’ve brought him like carrot cake with a birthday wish on top instead of the dessert that came with early bird dinner. He did put a happy birthday piece of chocolate on his dessert, but to celebrate a birthday I don’t think I would do that again. Didn’t feel like much of a celebration. Waiter could’ve been better. overall food everything else was great.

    We celebrated our 41st anniversary with a nice dinner at Ocean Prime. Each food and drink item we ordered was just perfect. Our server Christian was excellent. We received extra special treatment. We will most definitely return. Thank you Ocean Prime for making our celebration so lovely.
