    Food wasn’t spectacular. The lobster bisque is overly creamy— the consistency was more similar to a gravy than a bisque. The flavor of the bisque was also lacking. Lump Crab cake was pretty good. Sea bass was nothing special, it was relying too much on the truffle vinaigrette for flavor and my fish was overcooked in some areas. Tasted the grouper as well and also didn’t think it was worth ordering again. The restaurant is surprisingly loud but it didn’t bother us.

    I have dined in ocean prime locations before. For some reason my experience is the same my food is overcooked. Steak and lamb over cooked it’s disappointing. I have high expectations. To continually have my food overcooked, returned and reordered is not my idea of an experience. I understand mishaps could happen however it’s happened too many times in different locations. I will not be dinning with ocean prime moving forward. To add insult to the experience I was told my dessert would be removed from the bill and it was not. I was charged for everything on the bill. The Manager came over apologized and that was the end result. I was not the only guest who returned their overcooked food that night. Their end result was resolved mine on the other hand was not. Any high standard restaurant would remove what was disliked from the bill or they make an adjustment. Clearly that did not happen even when I was told it would. Never again and no thank you.

    The Service was great. The 2 guys serving us were knowledgeable and personable which always makes for a great experience. The place is beautiful. The food was definitely not worth the money. I feel like inshould have left there amazed but the food really is why I'm giving such a low review.

    Food is wonderful, hostess was wonderful and most staff was very friendly. Our server was unfortunately having an off night. Would like to come back on a less busy night.
