   We went to Ocean Social for NYE dinner after enjoying buffet brunch there on a previous occasion. Unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant inadvertently canceled our reservation due to a setting on Open Table that made all the reservations appear as if they were all booked at 5:15pm, when in reality there were 3 seatings (5pm, 7pm, 9pm). The staff appeared completely confused and unprepared for this. Thinking they were fully booked for the (which they weren’t), they scrambled to set up an additional table for us in the far back corner of the restaurant. Although we appreciated the effort of the staff — the food was delayed in coming out (despite the place not being busy) and the portions were VERY small. Our bill for 4 of us was $600+ dollars…and they offered no discount despite the bad experience. Terrible! Don’t go to this restaurant for anything except the weekend brunch! If at all…

   Beautiful ocean views and good food but they were severely understaffed. My food was delivered cold and I had to ask 4 people to checkin - each saying someone would be there shortly I had made a reservation. I had eaten here 4 y ago and it had been great but lack of service ruined my experience. I had to ask for multiple things and wait for long periods of time.

   The restaurant lends itself to outdoor seating with views of the ocean and outdoor pools. We did the Saturday brunch and had an omelette, the beef brisket, the salmon and the chicken. e3verything tased well. The service was good. They impose a 22% service charge. We will try it again.

   Went here for Christmas Day Brunch. Service very slow , wobbly table . Asked for champagne that arrived very slowly. Brunch ok but food cold. Very busy without waiter attention. Had to ask for empty plates to be removed. Very expensive , without good service.

   Bien trop cher pour ce que nous avons mangé. Aucun fruit de mer, de la viande, de la purée et du risotto des pancakes et gaufres liégeoises et pas mal de gâteaux. Assez déçu et bien trop cher pour ce que c’est. 22% de tips déjà écrit sur la note alors que c’est nous qui allons nous servir et 11$ une bouteille d’eau alors qu’on nous demande juste si on veut de l’eau plate ou pétillante c’est gonflé

   First time and everyone was great! Our host Silvio or Giovani, can’t remember, but he was Italian. Super pleasant and very personable. Started off the evening on a perfect note!!

    I took my mom for her birthday, It was our first time going and it succeeded all expectations. We were amazed with the quality of the food and the service. Our server was Alberto but all the other staff was amazing as well. They even brought a complementary drink for her birthday and made sure her day was special. I definitely recommend this place and will be going back🤍🤍
