   I was disappointed because we were looking for a good brunch. The menu offered other items and only a few brunch options. For example, potatoes weren’t available, and the salads mostly had seafood choices. I ate only four items from the food options, which was unsuitable for the price. Regarding the service, I specifically included that it was my birthday, and I did not receive any recognition for this special occasion. Disappointed.

   The salads were amazing, the best I had in buffets. It was the saving grace for the overall food selection. I would have rated the Food as 1 star if not for the salad. Other than the Pasta station, the hot food and the limited choices were extremely disappointing and I would expect better from Pan Pacific standard

   I've always wanted to have dinner here but never found the time. I made time and it was everything I had hoped it would be and more.. love watching the city lights of north Vancouver glimmering while you listen to soft jazz. While I'm not a huge meat eater , I found much delight in other options. You MUST have the bread pudding .. one of the best I've ever had... ❤️ I helped myself to a 2nd large serving... and smiled tge rest of the night .

   Disappointed at the lack of transparency when I booked this restaurant. I had booked Ocean 999 and when I got to the restaurant, it was closed and there was a sign to go across the hall at Coal Harbour Bar Lounge. The location is clearly a sports lounge, so every tv had a different sports game on, some people were here for drinks, some for dining, and it was also jazz night, so there was a live pianist singing and performing. There was a lot going on at the same time. Our server was wonderful, but food was extremely slow. It appeared to be coming from either upstairs or across the hall. I had made reservations weeks in advance, and the customer should have been notified if they were going to be seat at a sports bar.

   This is my 3rd time going to the Sunday brunch but it has been a couple of years since last time and it is not what it once was. Food was ok, not amazing like it was, less options , duck was overcooked and chewy, beef was ok , there used to be more meat options, dim sum dumplings were all stuck together so when you tried to grabbed them they fell apart, sauces had no labels ,it was a guess what it was, smoke salmon was not fresh at all, that was my biggest disappointment, a simple smoked salmon tasted wrong. Dessert was ok, fresh fruit was not fresh, barely any cheese options. Overall it is ok but not for that price. Too bad as it was such an amazing brunch.

    We been coming yearly last 3 yrs, other than roast beef and salmon Wellington the rest is sub standard , unfortunately this will be our last visit, for $200 for 3 people I could have got better value for my $ elsewhere ! Server was not polite when it came time to pay ( expecting more tips !) Been in hospitality industries the last 30 yrs, thanks for the memories 😞
