   We had a reservation and we were seated right away. Not in our preferred spot, but it was OK because we were hungry, it took over an hour to get our food, but it was busy and everybody did their best to accommodate us. We like going here. The food is excellent, and the staff is great!

   Best sushi spot in Grapevine!!! Frannie is amazing always has a smile and makes the best cocktails!

   Blown away on Valentine’s Day. Everything exceeded our expectations. The service is incredible, it’s like they have an entire team for water refills and dirty plate clean up. Our waitress was very informative with their best rolls and timing of food and the kitchen (it was busy bc of Valentine’s Day). We spicy edamame and placed an order of 3 rolls. By the time we had a drink, edamame was on our table and shortly after that the sushi was there. Perfect timing on everything! All 3 rolls were 10/10, I just wish we had ordered more so we could try them all. The sushi experience bar has been set for me.

   Curry was too thick like gravy. The food pacing was really off, my meal was delivered 12 minutes before my wife’s. Addressed this with the manager and he was. Apathetic and really bad for the restaurant brand. There was a lack of institutional control and the experience was poor. As a result as the group planner of the convention at the Gaylord we have decided to not have the group dine there on Monday night.

   We were looking for a chef's tasting menu to celebrate a very special girls night out - and the omakase experience was perfection! We loved being able to relax, try fantastic combinations we wouldn't have known to order, and were surprised by how much we loved every course! The server and GM were so attentive and made sure our night truly was the special celebration we were hoping for!

   Excellent food. terrible service. This is the second or third time we’ve been to this restaurant and they are unable to manage the volumes of customers they get on Friday and Saturday. Took more than 45 minutes to get food (sushi) delivered to the table. This was not just our table, this was most of the tables. The manager was rude and unquestionably arrogant.

   Made a reservation for a birthday party at 7:30pm on a Saturday night; yes, I knew it would be busy on a Saturday, but we ordered fairly promply after sitting down, it took us 1.5 hours to get our food (3 rolls and one cooked entree) Our server was attentive at first and then after our second round of drinks, didn't show up again until the food was served. I probably would never come back here again as it wasn't that great for the wait involved.

   Excellent variety of sushi with several specials each day. Plenty of soups, noodles, and other menu items for non sushi eaters. Dined here numerous times...never disappointed.
