We are a team of young and inspired professionals taking down the walls between kitchen and guests and taking you on a culinary adventure. Immerse yourself in a progressive tasting menu focusing on the simple, yet luxurious, ingredients around the world with deep inspiration from Japanese cuisine.

We challenge the seasons, navigate beyond the limits of time and break with tradition— getting playful with process and tricky with techniques at the intersection of place and possibility.

At Ômo we offer a unique and exclusive experience to only 16 guest at a time. The journey starts in the living room with a welcome drink and snacks, then you are transported into the main counter overlooking the kitchen where you will enjoy all the savory bites in an interactive environment. At the end, you will transition to the pastry parlor to continue your experience with sweet bites and after dinner drinks.

Watch our chefs and service team glide around as you indulge in our finest ingredients and luxuries. To celebrate the beginning of Summer, our team has been working on offering a more personalized and customizable experience for our guests. In doing so we are now offering three different menus with three different price points in which you can further elect for enhancements to truly create a dining experience that is right for you and your guests. You can choose between The Excursion, The Journey or The Jaunt. We kindly request that each guest in their respective party agree on the same menu tier.

    Omo by Jont is special. It’s hard to pick a favorite dish or part of the meal because it was all so well executed. Loved the moving throughout the “house” and watching the kitchen and service teams work in unison. No movement is wasted at Omo. Thank you Omo team for creating such a special and unique experience for my wife and I. We will see you this time next year.

    This was the best experience! The food was excellent, the ambience was super cozy and comfortable, and the service was so good. I really appreciated that they were able to modify for a pescatarian diet. I highly recommend this and can’t wait to come back.

    Wonderful experience all around. Excellent service, convenient text to confirm. Received a birthday treat and birthday wishes from multiple staff members. Loved all the dishes and looking forward to enjoying the matcha tomorrow.

    My dining experience at Ômo by Jônt was absolutely amazing. I can’t describe how good the food was. My partner attended the Culinary Institute of America and is not new to fine dining she rates the food and experience 9.5/10, I rate it a 10/10. My experience was “The Excursion” and my partner had the “The Journey”. At the end of each dining experience we were full and satisfied, we ate about half of our desserts and took the rest home. I would definitely return, the food was to die for and the service was also amazing the staff were knowledgeable and there are plenty of small details that were appreciated. Ambiance was amazing too. Tl;dr : Food was amazing everything from the snacks , to the wagyu, foie gras, to the kakigori dessert. Service was amazing, I would return and I highly recommend the place. Price: it is pricey, total bill with an added cocktail was about $550 but it is well worth the price. Time: Our reservation was at 8:30pm we left at 11:45pm.

    What a elevated dining experience! We enjoyed the concept of different rooms for different courses. The small bites and tastes throughout the experience but we all left feeling very full even packaging leftover desserts. Dining was a fun and interesting evening. They had a unique take on Fall comfort foods and bright citrus to recognize our citrus state. The menu included beef, pork, and seafood. The staff is attentive without an ounce of pretension. Their attention to food was amazing but their attention to the guests was outstanding.

    Amazing experience between the food and servers we couldn't have asked for anything better. We opted for the melon add-on it was life changing. It was difficult to determine our favorite aspect but the desserts do not disappoint. One minor complaint was that the music was a tad loud it was hard to hear the food descriptions at times. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
