   We went for valentine’s day and ordered a bottle of wine that they tried to serve is after we were done with our food. Disappointing evening out.

   I've been here twice. The steaks and food, overall, are very good. The waitresses and server staff are very polite and provide excellent service. The ambiance is also good. They have a piano singer with a great voice singing popular songs. She was great !! However, the front dining area is awkward and uncomfortable to dine on. They use high-top tables and chairs unworthy of a prime steakhouse. I did not like this. They do have normal, lower level tables in the back half of the room, but they never seem to be available even with a reservation. On my second visit, I requested a booth or normal table on my reservation, but the hostesses refused to accommodate. I also had a bad experience with the hostesses when I first checked in front of the restaurant. I let her know I had arrived for my reservation, but she went ahead and seated another party that arrived minutes after me and had the same reservation time as myself. I would give 5 stars and would return if the table seating arrangements were more comfortable.

   Went on Valentines day 2025 ordered the 6oz filet med rare it came out med well so sent it back. Next steak came out blue and mooing at me. It was like you want it rare well here it is. Manager was very apologetic about and did take it off the bill. I was so looking forward to a great dinner it ruined our night. However the special appetizer was great with wine and oysters shrimp and poke. My hubby had chicken that was done well and he enjoyed it. The sides were had were fries and mushrooms that were both very good. Obviously we caught the place on a bad night. But a steakhouse should be able to cook a steak to right doneness not too much to ask.

   It was a pleasant experience. The portions are reasonable, not massive “American” portions. The quality of food is excellent. The cocktail and wine selections are creative and selective. Two challenges during our visit. 1) the live music was exasperatingly loud. The singer had a lovely voice, but the song selection didn’t match the character of the restaurant 2) i let the waiter know about an allergy and he didn’t care or remember

   As with most of the restaurants here at the Virgin Hotel, the food is extremely subpar. It is certainly not the quality in experience that we have come to expect from a steakhouse in Las Vegas. The waitress was very nice and tried her best, but the food was terrible and so were the prices for the quality of food that we received. Soggy salad Soggy brussel sprouts Hard bread Grocery store tasting New York strip

    Loved our dinner - it was the perfect vibe for what we were looking for. Piano player playing upbeat music was a fun addition and we were happy to be in the bar area where we could see all the action. Service was on point and food was phenomenal.
