   Absolutely fantastic food, service was very friendly and professional. My favorite restaurant at the Tropicana hands down.

   Our 2nd time at Ossu, enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Our severer, don't remember her name was very attentive and efficient. They have a great variety of food options, both Japanese and Chinese. We will be back.

   We were warmly greeted at the door and sat very quickly. When we were seated, our server didn't know we had two plant-based diners and two regular diners as per our reservation. When asked if he had any recommendations, he wasn't very aware. I asked if he could ask the Chef, and he said that he was very busy. I asked again, the Server replied again that the Chef was busy. I finally just told him to ask the Chef if there were any plant-based options for us. Finally, Chef Michael came out and was very accommodating and informative. We ordered ribs, filet, shrimp, tofu sweet and sour, plant-based roll that was excellent. I get that making a special effort can be inconvenient, but not such a burden that it can't be considered.    Our waitress Gisselle was fantastic. Ever present and knowledgeable about their offerings. Wait staff made sure our water glasses were always filled and dishes cleared away in a timely manner. For a new restaurant this was a top notch experience. Manager stopped over to inquire how we enjoyed everything. We will be back.

   Everything was good except the portion size and preparation. For $45 on the surf and turf, I was still hungry when I finished and it wasn't prepared all that great. Would have left a better review if there was more food on my plate and I wasn't hungry at the end of the meal. Wouldn't return as I wasn't satisfied.

    Amazing host. Gave us a nice private booth. Amazing waitress Tiffany. Super nice and the food was also amazing. I would go back for sure and the atmosphere is incredible and fun.
