   Been here multiple times now, this time was somewhat disappointing, especially with the fam for Mother's Day. Our main server seemed either new or frazzled due to a busier day. She wasn't the most cordial, didn't wish any of three moms a Happy Mother's Day, and made several mistakes serving. Honestly seemed like she just did the bare minimum to get thru the service. And for every visit we've made, I say the same thing: why no love for a dessert menu? Not more than two or three choices, no gelato or even sorbet, NO Italian desserts? Always bummed that there are minimal offerings. Lastly, employees look terrified to acknowledge or welcome guests at the door. Just say hello and reassure them 'someone will be right with you'. Multiple servers and runners made eye contact but allowed new guests to stand there un-greeted.

   It is a lovely location, amazing tasting food, great attentive service! We had the calamari and mussels fra diavolo, Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant Parmesan, Crab Cakes with spinach in an amazing rosé sauce. The service was friendly, courteous & helpful with our questions about the dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and for a open floor plan the noise level and table spacing is very nice, we felt like we could chat amongst our party easily.

   Service was rough. Place was half empty too. This place used to be great but the last two time not so much and today was our last.

   Just want to start out by saying the food was excellent! However the only issue we had was that Open table had the hours closing at 10pm which we made an 8:45 reservation (which wasn’t even the last reservation) needing a late dinner because of a graduation…party of 7. When the first guests arrived to be seated the host almost immediately let them know that we were the “last reservation “ and that they actually close at 9pm. We all felt terrible that the staff had to stay past 9 to serve us, they assured us it was ok and that this “happens all the time with open table” so m giving the restaurant all 5 stars but it was a little uncomfortable knowing they were closing at 9.

   Met old friends for lunch. Food was delicious and service excellent. Music was very good but just a tad too loud.

   Food was bland, not fresh and over priced. Service was mediocre. Small things - one guest received thire food 10 minutes after everyone else, one guest's food was burnt, had to constantly ask for water. I would not call this food "Italian". We will not be back.
