   The pasta, kale salad and risotto were amazing! The service was great and everyone was attentive. The only downside was that the food came out a bit slow so there wasn’t much of a flow to our meal. We’d have eaten one for a while and waited a bit longer than usual for the next and then again waited so it felt a bit disconnected in that sense. Otherwise, great place for date night.

   My family had wonderful experience there. First of all, the restaurant was quickly and nicely modified my reservation from 2 people to 4. Restaurant staff was so cheerful and their table services were so outstanding. Food was tasteful. We had beets salad and apple salad. I am not a salad fan. To me, salad is salad but those two dishes changed my mind. Each salad tasted so delicious and different. This is the restaurant where I would not mind to order salad as my main dish. 4 of us sharing lamb duo 28oz. It's a good size for 4 of us. lamb was tender and juicy and the sauce and side dishes really complement each other so well. After lamb, we were full but we still wanted to try its food so we shared garlic knots. 3 hot fluffy buns on a plate of yummy tomato sauce. We had great time at this restaurant.

   We recently went here for our 15-year anniversary. The food, service, ambiance were amazing. The only negative was a couple in their 20s beside us (my elbow was like a foot away from the dude's elbow, so it was impossible to ignore) where the woman was on her phone 90% of the time, and took pictures of every dish coming out from multiple angles, including leaning into our space a few times to get the perfect side angle shot of her food. Her partner wasn't quite as bad (maybe on his phone 50% of the time, so still awful), but he did make sure to bring a battery pack and charger to simultaneously charge and use it, remarking "I'm down to 11%!" They were in one of Vancouver's best restaurants and made zero connection with each other or the wonderful environment during their date with each other. Their dopamine addiction was troubling, and I honestly felt sorry for both of them. Aside from that comical experience fit for an SNL skit, the venison steak and tagliatelle were outstanding.

   Amazing food! Highly recommended. Great service by the server. The sommelier took some time to get to our table so we were waiting for our wine a few minutes after our food had arrived. But the wine recommendation was amazing. The restaurant was very busy so it was loud and the table were a bit close together. I feel like I could overhear the other parties' conversation. But overall, I do recommend dining here!

   This is our go to special occasion restaurant for a reason. The lemon rosemary chicken reminds me of how our Nonni used to make, it’s such a special place for my entire family!

    Haven’t been to Savio Volpe since the pandemic and it’s still as good as i recall. Service was very personable, food was amazing, cozy ambience!
