The crown jewel of the hotel, our rooftop restaurant Overlea (meaning, “over the meadows”), is a stunning open concept space with horseshoe bar, floor to ceiling windows, and breathtaking views of historic Newmarket. The menu is a celebration of seasonal simplicity created by Chef Jon Turner. With terraces on each side complete with greenery, lounge furniture and fire tables, Overlea is the perfect place for a quiet escape into an evening of the unknown. We celebrated two birthdays here and although the food and atmosphere was great, unfortunately, there was a very long wait time for our meals throughout the night - from getting our drinks to the main course to then dessert. We weren't impressed with the service either since we felt kind of neglected and had to notify the server for their attention. It would have been nice if they came over to check on us or try to create a better service experience due to the long wait time for our food.

Price was on par but expensive like everywhere else. Service was slow at the beginning but improved. Atmosphere was awesome. Food was quality was great! Love the Brussel Sprouts!

Great good, good service. As is the case for every new restaurant it is clear they are still working out the kinks. It is exciting to have a redid this potential calibre in Newmarket. Looking forward to seeing how they grow.

We were there for the New Year's Eve dinner. There for the first time that evening. Food was great. Service was excellent. Beautiful restaurant. Great ambience. It's about time Newmarket got something like this!

Incredible dining. Service perfect. Wine pairing perfect. The food at this restaurant never disappoints. Five courses and every one rates a plus10 for us. Will be back again and again.

This was the most extraordinary meal I've ever had. Every course was beautifully presented, bursting with flavor and so thoughtfully crafted; each was a culinary work of art. The staff were just amazing, constantly attending to every need to give us the most special dining experience on a very special night. I can't imagine bring anywhere else ever again for New Year's Eve. Thank you again to the whole team.
